UPDATE:

Actually they did NOT fix my bonus meter. All they did was calculate the points that weren't registering and added them to my bonus meter and I was able to click the redeem button to collect that money owed me. So I was able to collect any bonus points that I had earned. But as usual my bonus meter is NOT moving so that I can collect the remaining money on my deposit bonus. I will have to deal with customer service once again.

I will not be depositing again. And there is no way I would recommend to any of my friends to deposit on WPN. Deposits are the life blood of a poker site and WPN not having everything dealing with deposits working 100% perfect is very telling about the brain power behind WPN. Instead of having the depoit bonus meter working perfectly they are programming Avatars. Really WPN???

Is any one else having trouble with the client? It's been slow all day, and the rewards tab is completely unresponsive. So I can't even access the bonus menu any more. It's just stuck on a white screen. Sometimes I can get the options to pop up (current status, medals, bonuses, etc) but nothing happens when u click on them.

All these problems happened after the last update.

On a side note, the Rewards tab lists the normal "status, "medals", "bonus", "exchange" and "race"...but just for a split second when I first click on Rewards it also lists "challenges". I don't remember there ever being anything called "challenges" so I guess it is a glimpse into a future addition to the poker site (unless "challenges" was something from the past that I don't remember.) Either way there is rogue code in the matrix. They need to stop adding new things and fix the things they already have.
