I didn't receive any happy hour points today (2/9) for the first happy hour.

The last time this happened like a month ago I was told several times I would receive my points in a day or two and that NEVER happened for that week. It also happened on a Monday for both happy hours.

Please fix this or let me know if it's going to screw up at 11pm too.

I haven't played today, but can definitely confirm having a couple happy hours in the past that never paid double points and was never compensated for it either.

It looks like this happened to everyone as all the regs have a much slower pace than usual.

on the real, did anyone earn bonus points?? if not thats kind of BS, i grinded HH as well. i guess if no one earned them in a way it cancels out but its still not justified; ppl earn at higher rates/lower rates and some ppl actually logged on to play so they should be credited.

I needed them double points I'm so far behind this week and wanted to catch up a bit not that I'm going for the Top spots but still hoping to crack Top 10 and I'm easily out over 200 points.

I would have grinded even harder playing a few extra games I don't normally just for double points but when I realized this happened during the early happy hour I figured it would be the same way during the 11pm EST one.

Hopefully they fix it but I doubt I will get the points just like the last time.

Yeah I played happy hour #2 and no double points, as did a buddy of mine. Just wanted to confirm.

Is there a way to check the SnC points history per tournament somewhere in the client?

i promise im not calling out anyone with wpn, they are running their business to the best of their abilities, im sure; but this thread will go unacknowledged

maybe i will go complain to support a few times. its never worked in the past but i just saw a post from a guy who complained 4 times and got refunded, so maybe thats what it takes

I contacted support about two issues last night which they said a supervisor would contact me today since it was after 11pm. They replied on the one issue which I wasn't happy with what I heard because they should have made things more clear on it but this issue with the points was 100% ignored in the reply as if I never even asked it.

Just to let you know that the happy hours are set up weekly in advance and it seems like it was a big error on our part that it wasnt set up correctly and i can only sincerely apologise for this.

I know this isnt much but if you guys want to give me a time for a happy hour i will apply it but will need a couple of days notice so that we can let the rest of the poker community know, not just 2+2 ers.

Um, how about during the times that are supposed to be happy hour?

Nobody is really complaining about the happy hours as they are but we want to be rewarded the points accordingly to them which we weren't for both 6pm EST and 11pm EST times on Monday.

Someone could say "since nobody got the double points for happy hour this makes it ok" but it don't.

When we play during the happy hours we should get the double points as advertised. If we don't get them it's not fair because for those who are far up on the leaderboard that didn't play during the happy hour the ones who did play don't make up any ground in the race as we should.

So I assume like the last time about a month ago we won't get those points added back in for playing during Monday happy hours?

Thanks for the link, I much prefer the staggered payouts down to +100, +50 and +25, however the GOOD news is that the promo is going for at least another month (yay)

Top 10 or bust eh? Now the value of 5th-10th is pretty similar, with top 2 really only getting a nice boost.

I agree with you BB. And as a side note the two cheating accounts are still on the leaderboard, how hard can it be to fix these things? Although this decision doesnt really affect me, it is these little issues that really hurt WPNs reputation. They do so much good by investing imo great promos but then go and make bone head decisions. Gl trying to get your points.

That seems like a poor decision not to retroactively award the missing happy-hour points, since at the conclusion of the week it could potentially alter the leader board ordering.

I think so. I'm 27.8 pts short.

If this can be done for this instance, extending (before or after) any of the remaining happy hours for this week (except Friday night 11-12) would be nice. Extending a 6-7 would probably be the most fair.

i have been shorted more than once in the past and there was no compensation, i wouldn't expect it

Meh, happy hour probably hurts me anyway since I haven't been playing the subsidized ODs. SNC is broken so what's one more straw on the camel's back?

No fix to the points or any sort of followup and crickets here. Go team.

I haven't grinded SNC in a long time but this used to happen I would say one Monday a month.

The network always claimed the points would be corrected by the end of the week which at this time I was 25+ tabling during every happy hour and what they said was of course 100% all lies.

I'm not sure if the network even has the power to add or subtract points but if they do then they don't care about doing it because it would take them time to correct something they really don't care about.

The first time I got cheated I kept on contacting the network since they told me the totals would be corrected for happy hour missed points and to check back a day later,etc...

I got the run around so much that after the first time this happened I would send in one email or make one call then I stopped wasting my time on it since it's a lost cause

One support guy went as far as telling me everyone didn't get the points during that happy hour so he justified it as fair but he is completely clueless and ignorant to say such a thing.

The fact is if some people didn't play during that happy hour then all those who did would have gained ground on them on the leaderboard so it's not fair one bit.
