It may not seem like a big issue to you, but happy hours not functioning properly completely ****s people over. Get rid of them all if they aren't "simple" enough to run 100% accurately.

I have said before. Its not on me. Just Tim never posts anything constructive so i would like to know what is simple.

It shouldnt happen , i hate when it does. There is development basically finished where there should never be an issue again.

Lol you just clearly dont understand how this thing works still. We give you/the company you work for money, you/your company provides a service to us customers, when things go wrong the customers who are paying you are going to not be happy. Like thats just how things go. I am in business where I provide a service and take heat constantly when things dont go right. I can only imagine what would happen if i had the responses you do.

Maybe change the website to just "ET" to reduce confusion. As a bonus you don't have to update the website between EDT and EST twice a year.

I am pretty sure i do. Trust me i have been in many jobs in my life and many customer service jobs.

The difference is that people actually try and work together to achieve the target. You just come in here and give nothing but rude comments and 0 constructive comments.

Also if i were a player i would actually like how i respond, thats just me.

I play on other sites, trust me i run into problems but i dont go on 2+2 for every issue, infact i never go to 2+2. Its alot easier sending an email or going to live chat even if they dont always know they they are talking about, i still get what i need.

Yep the $11 2.0's are having a hard time running up until later in the afternoon. Pretty surprising honestly.

Happy hour points for SNG 2.0 Did not work in game that finished after hour. Started at 945 and didn't add DOUBLE points, a $11 game onl y added 1.25 points

Yes that is how meant to be. But is not for 2.0 only get it if it ends in hour

Wouldn't it be easiest to just put somewhere (even in the chat dialogue or as a popup like when i see tournaments for late reg / overlay expected notifications) that happy hour is about to start. From a business position, this would seem beneficial to let all players know they will earn double points, rather then just the people who are aware of the happy hour promotion and can remember it (There are times I simply forget that the happy hour is going on and only realize it when I bust an On Demand and notice I just receive 2x points)

A few questions that I am still unsure about:
Seems that when you bust the Sitngo is when you receive points(?) this might have something to do as to why the 2x pts sometimes apply and sometimes doesn't? If this is the case, even if a tournament starts prior to happy hour but ends 5 mins in the happy hour window, you receive pts? Not sure if I agree with this, it would make most sense that the tournament must start within the hour window.
On Demand Tournaments:
The tournament has to start during the happy hour (doesn't matter when you bust - before/after happy hour expires)

Can you make the points received pop up in SitnGo2.0/Jackpot like the On Demand tournaments (should be easy to implement ?) It's impossible to try to calculate the points I received if you are running a bunch of these at once
