the ACR rep confirmed that KY residents were allowed to sign up. evidently the TOS says they are not but the software allows KY residents to make an account. kahn said that the ACR T.O.S. will be updated soon.

if all this is correct, does that mean kentucky residents are allowed on all winning poker skins?? or just ACR??? what about BCP??
ky has pretty limited options and adding the winning poker network would be muy buennnno
