My ACR Money is in limbo....anyone else?

So ACR was down for a tiny bit this morning...after they claimed everything was up and running, I realized I have no access to my money.

My poker balance says $0

My wallet shows my true balance, but even when I try to put money on a casino table it just says "Internal Error"

WPN cannot be bothered to fix this...I feel like I've been talking to support all day with technicians saying they see the money in my account...

Anyone else got there funds locked up??

We were spending all day trying to sort many issues including this. I even spent alot of time trying to find a resolution.

We can be bothered to fix it and it doesnt really benefit us or anyone you having money but not being able to do something with it.

Is your account sorted now?

Nope. They said keep refreshing until it's fixed with no ETA.

They don't have the competency or decency to give you a basic timeline to assuage your concerns and help you relax. Notice that customer support isn't professional enough to offer you a basic "sorry for your troubles"...
