Jackpots completely froze

Tried to play two $2 jackpots and software just froze. Yet I was able to play PLO8 cash at the same time with zero problems. Winning_TD or WPN_Rep I expect to be refunded for these two tournaments.
I took video to prove I was playing fine on cash game but jackpots completely froze.
Anyone else have that issue this morning?

I would suggest playing spins on a stable poker network
They have not even been able to provide hand history for months
This company is grimey and shady
They should not offer a game to play for money when it does not work properly

software issues on acr happen no need to make a thread for every refundable spot. try pming winning_td or reaching out to customer support. if you dont have a satisfactory answer after that consider a thread
