We did reset the Winners List because it wasn't working correctly, and the games running did get cancelled. Refunds will be done shortly. This is a fine time to give the refund policy (I see it's not on our webpage yet):

If a JP game gets cancelled:

If the prizepool is less than 3x the buyin, players are refunded their buyins.

If the prizepool is 3x or greater the buyin and there is no deal, the prizepool is distributed by chip count.

If players made a deal in the JP game, the prizepool in play is only 10% of the total prizepool. Each player receives the 30% deal, and the remaining 10% is distributed by chip count.

So if it was a $2 jackpot poker and the prize was $12, that gets split by chip count? I was lagged out of another jackpot, think it was only $4, I was chip leader and got blinded out cause it wouldn't load back up

What happens if the game was not "cancelled" but rather there was a 15 minute disconnect in the middle. Some players managed to play hands while others were disconnected. Then the tournaments came back and were played to finish. I assume you are refunding these as well even if they finished, because players were blinded out.

I'll spell out the disconnect policy in the Jackpot Poker thread later.

Yep and I'm at 4 tables, 2 heads up. I'm done for the day. Hopefully tomorrow will be better

Well, players...

Complications with Jackpot Poker, and we need to take them down for the night. We hope to have them back tomorrow.

As we do, we'll refund players for incomplete Jackpot Poker games.
