On Thursday the 30th we will have downtime for Jackpot Poker and SNG 2.0

SNG 2.0 will be closed for registration at 7:20 am ET
Jackpot Poker will be closed for registration at 7:50 ET

Both games will be back in the client at 8:30 ET

This downtime will fix the problem of games getting stuck in the “Waiting to Start” section.

So can you say for certain that nobody had their account debited for games that were stuck like what was stated in the other thread?

Yes they are normally games that have already been played. You would not of lost money from those

If I am understanding you correctly the "ghost" games are games that have been played but just happen to be stuck on the registration screen. If that is what you are saying I hate to tell you that you are horribly wrong. To use my example I registered for 4 games at one time but only three went off leaving 1 on the registered list. When I tried to unregister I received a pop up saying service interrupted and I couldn't do anything. So I registered for another 3 which went off still leaving one on the registered list. Eventually that game went off. Now if I had logged off before that game finally fired I would have been out a buyin correct or no?

Yeh i was about to delete my comment. You got there first. This was from my experience from testing. I was informed that i wasnt completely correct. All funds when this upload is complete will be back in your account.

Ok that is good news. So now that it is determined that buyins have been lost the question is why is WPN allowing these games to run until the issues are fixed? Does the network really want to risk alienating people because they think they are being ripped off? Just do the smart thing and shut them down until they run properly. Basically what is happening right now is ruining a potentially good thing.

So Winning TD along with support say multiple different times they guarantee me and others that we are not missing funds. Now all of a sudden yeah ok maybe some people are. Glad they are saying this now but what a complete joke to just say without 100 percent proof that no one is missing any buy ins. Just ridiculous.

I just went off what i tested. Its the price i pay for being the messenger.

I think most people realize both reps here are the Sean Spicers for WPN and you guys get caught in the middle. However, you guys also communicate back to your bosses about what is going on and to have a bug like this and still allow the games to run is downright shameful. So where exactly is the disconnect here? Does management know about this and is it their decision to allow this to continue or is it a lack of communication to them and they just don't understand.

I am curious to see if funds will be back in our accounts after the update tomorrow. I wonder how they know how many buyins each person is owed.

Judging by my dealings with support and Winning TD posts about the issue they have no clue. Up until yesterday they would have told you over and over and over that you are wrong no one is out of any buy ins.
