Anyone else experienced this?

I contacted support for a refund. It's only $.69 but it's really annoying to be HU with a 2:1 chip advantage in a 4x only to lose to some bullsh*t software problem.

Internet stopped working, I manually reconnected (aka disconnected my PC from my WIFI, then reconnected), then the table went blank.

Jackpots are a joke. I freeze up on registration and appear in game with 360 chips. (Can't blame them for min raising every hand)

That has happened to me I would say 5 to 10 times where I have to force close the client and reload it up which it can take time to do unlike before in the older layout.

One thing that has helped some is not moving the window until after it spins the multiplier.

This html based layout is cheap and if their intent was to get people to use a maximizer for something this unstable very few people would even consider doing that.

Solution: don't play jackpots. WPN broke them and won't do anything to fix them

Client crashed to me also yesterday. In heads up.

But few games later I played with the same opponent in heads up and than his client crashed...so I guess we are even.

Well WPN_REP cannot help as I play on poker hosts I guess he has no way to work with them. I was playing like 5-6 tables and the client crashed. I logged back in like instant fast and it shows me in zero tournaments. Game info -> my tournaments shows nothing. I cant believe that I blinded out in the 30 seconds to 1 minute in every table. This is like the 4th time in the last two weeks of playing where something like this has happened. Every time I go to chat they say everything is fine on their end and that its my problem.

I see it now... never noticed it before. Every time in the past, when their software had crashed the games would always pop up or i could go to the lobby and get in. What a sad state this poker room is in.

Need some heroes in the $25-$40 pool right now plz. Traffic sucks. Beasts and crushers welcome. The games that are loading rn are actually pretty soft, just infrequent.

Edit: Fun players obv welcome too, I just mean idc who plays.

Nobody wants to deal with the "Variance" of the Jackpot Poker crashing or any other dumb technical difficulties it provides. I gave up on the software.

Almost no issues last almost week or so. Plenty of traffic usually too, just fewer Russian champions on the weekend :/, good and bad thing.

You weren't kidding though the game was SUPER SOFT. I felt like I was playing against a couple of button clickers. I've been spoiled playing all the low/midstake cash game beast regs lately.

Unfortunately my name wont pop up on the jackpot "Recent Winners" list because it was only $160.

Just a couple observations, FWIW.

There's a tournament number in downloaded HH, but it still doesn't show on the table.

Hand numbers do not correspond to general WPN hand numbers, so they do not work in the game replayer.

Opponents labelled as Villain1 and Villain2 in downloaded HH.

No prizepool info.

Just played one of the $69 JPs and it froze on me I had to close and re-open the whole client. Feels like burning money playing these with the technical issues. I only freeze up playing the new Jackpot interface. It's terrible

*EDIT* I played another one all the way through with no issues. It feels hit or miss if I'm going to lock up.

Now the jackpots won't load at all. Jesus Christ wtf is ACR doing. Helpdesk is falsely promising fixes every conversation. It's a disgrace.

Starting to feel like Jackpot Poker is like the red headed step child of this poker network.

I was playing heads up on a $40 JP and it froze again *sigh*. Thanks to moon_unit who didn't try to blind me down while I froze up.
