Yeah TimmyOx is still on the SNC leaderboard accumulating points but I've never seen him in any sng. Only see him in Jackpots. I think he is a leftover player from when the rollback happened earlier. He was the same player that was showing 13k+ points. Please someone look into this. Thank you.

Yeah hasn't been in a single OD at least and somehow has 1689. There could easily be other people on the leaderboard who should be removed this week. Jackpots should start counting next week though, right WPN Rep?

So, finally figured out my display problem. Probably won't play much until HHs are fixed though.

With that - are some of the other buggy things going to be fixed as well? For example, the auto switch tables seems to be very broken. I'm acting on one table, then another pops over it despite no action being taken yet and I'm never auto switched back to the original table. Caused a few time-outs while HU in JPs and it's really problematic for playing more than 2-3 tables. Is there a workaround? This was never an issue before the update that caused all the problems.

I'm not sure where to begin with how badly designed these new jackpot SNGs are but I'll give it a go:

1. No hand histories. (January 13th? Take that with a grain of salt. WPN has not given us any reason to ever trust their timelines)

2. The location of the button is not very clear at all and terribly designed.

3. No re-player. What happened last hand? Did you get bad beat? If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

4. No rounding out decimals. Feel like betting 274.87 chips, go for it.

5. No ability to take notes of any sort.

5. No Disconnect Protect. with WPNs network stability, RIP.

6. Sometimes I get disconnected for no reason and I can just simply watch my hands get blinded out with a banner telling me I've been disconnected.

7. After getting disconnected you must click the "Take my Seat(s)" button in the jackpot lobby otherwise you wont get automatically sat back in.

8. Seating algorithm has changed, you can no longer sit 2 of the same players on any given limit. Not really a bad thing but it just means that volume will be lower if you multi table.

9. Inability to read your opponents full user name if its over a certain character limit. For example if someones username is WPNisjustthebest and another is WPNisjusttheworst. There is no way of telling who is who.

Why fix whats not broken? SNG traffic has declined by over 50% since the whole JP fiasco. I thought u guys cared about making money?

Edit: My favorite relates to 5b when tables load as solid colours but I never see a hand I'm dealt, can't do the thing you describe in #7 to fix it, and am told it's on my end when I have full internet signal and am the only one online in my house. But it definitely can't be their AIDS, clearly heavily bugged new software. My bum isn't sore or anything though, I swear 😇

Really now rakeback for these will be paid on the 10th. Probably should not give dates if you cannot make them as been seen with Jackpot 2.0 since it rolled out so many dates missed.
Really need to invest in a QA department and maybe do some Beta Testing. No Test development does not work and really test driven development with no QA does not work either. Have to assume no QA for as bad as Jackpot 2.0 has been, because no QA department worth a paycheck would of let this get out the door. Why would I know this cause I am a Test Engineer in QA Software and HW.

Edit: Oh and it takes way to long to get back to a table when the software freezes up and only freezes up when playing jackpot not playing normal cash or MTTs. You have to hope it happens early in a tourney with any hopes not to lose most your stack while trying to get back and having to wait for the jackpot tab to load (which takes way to long) so you can click a stupid button to get back to your tables.

They should just pretend Jackpot 2.0 never existed and revert it back.

I do not notice any extra rakeback under my rakeback tab for all the spins I did from the 28th tell this weekend.

So now on the Rakeback page the date of Jan 10 for Jackpot rakeback to be paid is changed to Jan 23.

Not sure how this can take so long since they could figure out SNG Crush points. Even then I would think they would just quit putting a date and just say soon or eventually or something vague to not bring hope only to crush it when they miss another date.

Upside I guess is at least they have higher than 2.00 jackpots for the last couple weeks.
