We have an issue with tournament bucks, so those are currently disabled.

Based on the SNC prize pool I'm guessing the games still aren't going toward SNC? Maybe by Jan 13th? Lol way to kill off your most popular format WPN

having major issues today
First JP i registered for today, only getting 1 card dealt to me, no prizepool listed in the middle
restarted software logged back in and JP tab is totally blank, can't even "take my seat" for the one I was just "playing"

Sorry if this was already mentioned but I played a few plo jackpots tonight and it would not let me pot a guy from my big blind when they limped in and I could only min raise them? REALLY??? Please fix this!

OK found under rakeback page that rakeback will be paid for dates after Dec 28 by Jan 6th. So looks like any games you play after Dec 28th will get paid for rake back eventually. That is good news played 140 10s and 20 or so 25s since then. Course be nice if they give bonus clearing points also since I need to clear a deposit bonus by Jan 15th.

All I can say is I don't show as having any points to it yet. cannot say that when they retro the rake if they retro that or not.

I would love an answer to this. I tried contacting support multiple times about it and couldn't get an answer.

Just got off the phone with support. SNC points will be awarded again starting on the 13th when HH's are back.

So I am new to jackpot poker and sitngo crush because of this was not a big fan of SNG. So how does it work how many points go to rake from Jackpot and how many go to SNG crush points? I think I might just grind Jackpot Poker or maybe the new SNG 2.0 when it is available instead of MTT and cash but not sure.

Currently have a full time job so not sure if crush can give me any incentive playing only part time. I could on a very few occasions get enough points for the beast to play the sat tourney for the 1K cage but not often.

I just played one and got no points. you can also check my searching the recent winners list and looking for them on the SNC. Nobody is getting any points as of this moment.

Not for jackpots they aren't. And I know it's not your fault but this whole situation is absurd and fairly embarrassing. Anything to do with Jackpots and SnC and HHs since late Nov that is.

Also, I'm sure it's been suggested but the maximizer needs a min stake option. $40 grinders can't be having heaps of $2s load.

And I'm going to put my head through a wall if the buyins aren't refunded from a $25 and $40 I just regged that loaded as a black and navy screen, respectively, that support is telling me sry bro, looked fine on our end. I just can't.

heres another glitch to add to the long list of this new update. noticed this guy went from 450 chips in his stack to 550 on the next street? lol, guessing it has something to do with the decimal stacks? not sure...

as you can see there is over 1500 chips in play.. luckily it was only a display glitch and the stack updated back to the correct amount after the hand, still quite annoying

I can see the points in the back office. So I'm checking to see why they're not being displayed in the leaderboard.

these things are a mess, very unprofessional to be spreading them given the feedback. I have not played many but the other day I was dealt one card. Also, in PLO there were times where I could only min raise. I'm quite certain in the past at bb 30, u could pot to 90, always. Sometimes, hell, probably every time, I can only pot to 75 now. So, betting errors, card glitch errors, stack size errors, awarded LB point errors, maybe it's time to temporarily shut them down again.

You cannot possibly think its fair to everyone that has been grinding sit n go's all week to all of a sudden add the points from people playing jackpots all week to the SNC leaderboard. Please tell me you understand why this is completely absurd and unfair.

I went from 5th to 23rd instantly. From a $500 projected prize to $50.

You CANNOT allow points earned by jackpot players into the SNC leaderboard mid week. You DID NOT tell us that jackpot points earned up until just now would be added to THIS WEEKS SNC leaderboard race.
