Yea did that yesterday--it registered me in the tournys, but the tournys never went off, so no way to have tourny id's. And my "transactions" tab doesnt show any of those games being played or registered. I warned my friend of it last night, but this morning his hard headed self tried to play some--he registered for 4, 2 went off but the other 2 never came up and he lost his $$ as well

The new tables are fine but the .00 thing is a bit annoying, I've some difficulty realizing positions on the table relative to the dealer and who is to act. Maybe make the dealer button bigger or brighter and some more light behind who's turn is to act. The pre action buttons being the same size and color as the action button is also a bit confusing.
Maybe not related but since you guys seem to be changing things around i would appreciate a layout that would be more widescreen friendly (16:9) cause when i tile four tables on my 24' monitor i can hardly read the numbers. It's weird to me that 4:3 proportions are still used as a norm in this day were most people seem to made the switch to 16:9 or even wider. Even if that would be unpractical for you guys maybe make the characters a bit bigger on jackpot poker, not like there's lack of space on the layout.

I got my $6 back this morning after sending 3 emails and talking to live support 4-5 times. Im glad for that, but i'm done with the jackpots until i see that there is no more trouble.

Update: I've talked to live chat 4 times now. Every time I'm told that my account balance will be fixed by morning. Every time it isn't. I sent an email to support two days ago explaining the situation. I haven't heard anything back. Enjoy the $50 WPN, you just lost another high volume player.

Curiously, some Roulette bot players were not able to collect some more points with playing Sit & Gos to maintain the $500 prize level, even though the Sit&Gos were running strongly this week!

So I was shocked to wake up to a reply from Winning Poker support:

I thought I had only lost $50 to jackpot glitches but apparently it was $70. Anyone who had this happen to them: DON'T talk live chat. They are clueless. Send an email to support and it looks like they are actually taking care of it.

I'm late to the party here with the whole this update sucks thing but I guess it's a really good thing I didn't tilt quit my real job last month to play 25s and 40s fulltime and chase weekly SnC.

This awkward limbo thing is really tilting and I'm curious to see what the Jackpot ecosystem is like when this (hopefully) starts working again on the 5th. I hate almost everything about the new update, even the few $2's I managed to play were gross looking and I misclicked a few times. Smh BCP. Get it together.

Also, not super related, but I'm a rakeback player and at one point a couple weeks ago had $200+ under "available rakeback" on Friday afternoon or so, and ended up playing more that night and Saturday morning...Ended up getting paid ~$130 for that weeks play iirc. Asked support how the hell that was possible and felt super dodged. Wrote that, and this Jackpot nonsense off as variance. Fingers crossed for smoother sailing soon.

Would you like a tin foil hat? Jackpots are currently broken outside of letting $2s run sub-optimally. All these things will in fact be fixed although don't know when at this point.

Guess I picked a bad day to start playing crackpot poker. Decided to check it out just before the update. Seemed to like it then update hit. Did not like update of course and figured out I would have to manually track my play since HH was not working. I did not like only 2.00 but figured good way to understand the nuances of short handed hyper play so played them. Did not realize that no rakeback was being computed though. Would not be much I guess for 1K games in the last 2 weeks before I realized no rakeback but seems like giving away money.

Oh well here is hoping they get it going correctly soon and maybe next time test it better or compartmentalize the software so rollbacks of part of it can be done.

At this point they just need to revert back to the old jp poker. Was anything wrong with it in the first place? There seems to be dozens of issues we actually want addressed, and instead WPN goes breaking something that was working just fine.
