Can someone explain to me why this software is different than the other games on ACR? It just seems all around worse for no reason.

Jackpot Poker and SNG 2.0 are done in html5, which will eventually be the same for all the games in a new WPN 2 client.

I cant seem to find an answer to my question by searching this thread. I know rake is 6%. At each level how much is specifically rake and how much goes to SNC? I'm trying to calculate what rakeback I've earned plaything these specifically.

4.5% rake and 1.5% SNC fee

The graphics on the SNG 2.0 table don't seem to scale. Blurry, quite hard on the eyes.

Not a nice thing to look at. Stark contrast to the beautifully crisp other tables.

I think there is some kind of bug with the Maximizer. Everytime I use it something happens with registering. Yesterday it stopped working and then I couldn't get into any games for the rest of the day. Today it stopped working so I went back to manually queuing and now games leave the queue but no tournaments pop up. Can't even use the "Take my Seat" button or relog to get a game to come up. Lost 3 buyins.

any word on when sharkscope will track these again? also can the downloadable hand histories be uploaded into hm2?

No, the hand histories can't be uploaded to HM2 because these hand histories generated are too stupid. Hm2, PT and even other smaller programs - none of them accepts and deals with this unique hand format. Honestly, more than not having a hud, what pisses me off the most is to not be able to study our hand history offline. If you still want to do it, you can use a special tool (I don't know the rules here, Can I post the link?! ) which converts the HH's in somewhat fancy readable "thing", lol, but forget stats like you would have in HM2...(I register 1 by 1 jackpot in excel...sick life).
Again, this tool can be useful since - Another stupid thing on this software - NO AUTOMATIC hand history is available. Showdown and that's it, you don't have a "replay". Americas cardroom already told me twice (twitter and on the "online support") they are working on a replay option, but this was ages ago...meh

I only use HM, but nope, not even PT accepts those hands.
