I'm frozen in a $4 one. I know it's not much, but I had a 14 to 1 chip lead heads up. It's not even dealing any hands. So I have no idea if I'm getting blinded out or not. So frustrating

This is BS, I want a refund on every tournament I was in. People were playing while i was unable to do anything and I was blinded out on a few hands. Had a $40, multiple $8's and some $4's going.

fwiw I was HU and stacks seemed the same when I came back after a minute or two but still super frustrating.

We did reset the Winners List because it wasn't working correctly, and the games running did get cancelled. Refunds will be done shortly. This is a fine time to give the refund policy (I see it's not on our webpage yet):

If a JP game gets cancelled:

If the prizepool is less than 3x the buyin, players are refunded their buyins.

If the prizepool is 3x or greater the buyin and there is no deal, the prizepool is distributed by chip count.

If players made a deal in the JP game, the prizepool in play is only 10% of the total prizepool. Each player receives the 30% deal, and the remaining 10% is distributed by chip count.

Any idea if there be a multiplier or the standard points? I'm assuming just standard points (1.25 per $1 put into S&C) since all the other SNGs are back to standard now, except the $5 and under ODs.

Will there be a preferred seating option?

The rake is 6%. So, for a $2 one, the rake is $0.12, and you work the points from there.

So it would be .15 for the $2's and and .75 for the $10s.

I figured that much unless there was some multiplier.

I take it these points will be doubled during happy hours like all sngs?

So I got a 8 dollar still suspended and I havent been credited yet? Should I be expecting a chop being HU or refund?

I saw the over 3x/under 3x, but being a 2 buy in, is it 2 x 3 = 6 JP or over chops or is is the 12 JP and over is chopped?
