Maybe it's a regional formatting issue ("," and "." and "/" used for different things). Please post the lines from the WPNjackpotCounterDB.txt file for the tournaments seen on the left. The file will be in the same folder with the WPNJackpotCounter program.

ggzbd, unfortunately I have not been able to identify what is causing the problem with the PT4 update. Does it still give an error message or just the fact that it is not updating all the entries?

Let me know if you get PMs enabled on 2+2 and we can look into more.

Added date filter for uploading to PT4/HM2 database so the entire DB does not have to be displayed every time.

Just downloaded for the first time today (from the link in your last post).

Tested it out by observing a table, that worked. Then I played a single table to further test it and that also worked.

Then I loaded up 4 tables but it did not import the games into the counter. It showed the correct prize pool next to "Current table prize pool" every time I clicked on a new table, but it didn't include the games in the counter.

Any suggestions for how I might be able to fix this?

When you played the single table, did that import to the counter correctly?

If not, make sure you have the hand history location set properly in the settings. If that is already set, then it could be a permissions issue, in which case I would suggest trying to run it as administrator to see if that helps.

Yes it is still showing. If it makes a difference, there was about a 1 hour gap between when I played the single table and the 4 tables.

I just checked the text log and it shows the first game I played but not the other 4 (I deleted the one I observed earlier)

That is odd that it would work for the first game and not the others (the time gap should not matter). I 'll do some testing this weekend. Please let me know the results if you try again.

Not sure what changed but things seem to be working now. Played 20 games and it tracked them all

Thanks- few more questions:

It seems like the value is pretty good in these. however- why is the highest jackpot for $2 games a higher multiplier than the higher buyins?

For example, $2 game's highest jackpot is $5000 while the $60 buyin which is still low for my standards is $100k.... shouldnt it be higher.

speaking of which can acr add some $100 or $150 jackpots?

They are all 2500x for the top multiplier, except for the satellites they run occasionally. The $60s they had in for the PLO promotion where $150k for it's top jackpot.

Yeah, just WPN. It has not been updated to work with the new Jackpot tables.

I believe there's a similar free tool for PS spins available somewhere in the software forum.
