issue with cashier software issue with cashier software

Im having an issue with the BCP cashier. After I've already successfully logged in, when I click CASHIER in the lobby, it brings up a page asking for my login details again. Even if I re-enter the information, it does not progress from here

Feels phishy. Im guessing this might have to with my Internet Options > Security settings since BCP has IE integrated into their software right?

Not sure how to fix this. Any tips?


edit: ya I think its some kind of IE security certificate issue. Tried to reinstall with no success, but I installed BCP on a fresh computer, allowed the security certificate, and now I can see my full cashier window in the BCP UI
