I. NEED. HELP! I. NEED. HELP!

It all started about a week ago. My "Rewards" tab at the top of the main lobby wouldn't work.

I don't remember if it was right after an update or not. I hit it one day last week and got this:

If I hit "Leaderboard" tab under the Sit & Crush and The Beast counters I get:

I never thought much about it until it never started working again. I contacted support and was told to do this:

I did everything on the list and it didn't resolve this issue. I contacted Caleb W. again (FYI this person was very helpful. I still can't access the tab but this guy helped me for close to 45 mins and was very patient etc) and after it's all said and done this is what I've done to my computer:

Cleared all cookies, temporary files and browsing histories from all browsers.

Updated everything mentioned above.

Uninstalled and reinstalled ACR.

Allowed all pop-ups on all browsers.

I turned my antivirus/firewall completely off and tried accessing the rewards tab.

Restarted my computer after pretty much each one of those.

And still nothing. Anybody have any suggestions?

In your IE settings, in the Privacy tab, make sure it's not set to anything higher than Medium-High. I had same problem and this is what worked for me.

Reboot or unplug your router for about 30 seconds. if no router( doubt that) then reboot the modem. but more than likely you have a router and that is the problem.

Damn you had me excited! But no, that didn't do it.

Thank you though for the suggestion.. I really do appreciate the help!

did you unplug it? or just turn it off? everything you said indicates its the router crossing up. try it again and also reboot the computer. May as well unplug the modem while you at it. So, unplug router, unplug modem, turn off computer. Plug in Modem, then plug in router, then turn the computer back on. If that dont fix it and you have not added any new software and you completely cleaned the PC up then its crossing somewhere else. good luck. But all that stuff has to be powered off for 20 to 30 seconds and not just turned off.

Maybe slightly redundant but download Ccleaner > run it. Open up command prompt and type: ipconfig /release (hit enter), ipconfig /renew (enter), and then ipconfig /flushdns (enter).

I know you said you already did it but double-check to make sure Internet Explorer is up to date.

Try leaving your modem off for 15-30mins, rather than just 30 seconds, to make sure the memory is cleared.

I'm thinking it might be something with those add-ons or your permissions in IE. Maybe there is a security setting you're missing that is preventing them from running.

I unplugged modem and router. I read this post from my phone this morning before my computer was even turned on so I rebooted everything again.. turned my computer on.. still nothing.

I dont understand why everything else is working though. Why is it ONLY the rewards/leaderboard tabs? My cashier works. I checked to make sure I can still deposit/withdraw and those are fine.

Thanks again for the suggestions!

Hello guys,

When I try to deposit into pokerking from skrill, I got this screen: http://pasteboard.co/1YN9E1Q2.png

My first deposit to pokerking was made from skrill. Has anyone similar experience? What is this staff? :S

Ummm.. it's working now! I was reading pokerguy5050's post and was about to try what he had mentioned. First I decided to log into ACR (first time today) just to see.. and.. it's there..the rewards tab worked.

I don't know whether to say sorry to you all or thank you. How about both.

Actually it wasn't the first time that I turned my computer on today. I turned it on after I read sandydell's post. I rebooted (by unplugging them for about a minute) both the modem and then the router. Next I turned my computer on (which had been off all night). Doing this didn't fix the problem so I shut my computer back off and went to work. Maybe in between rebooting both of those +computer and leaving all day did something?

All I know is I don't care anymore, it's back!
