How to get off of WPN emailing list

HI so several months ago i sent an email to ACR saying i have a gambling problem and to ban me and they did. But for some reason to this day i still receive promotional email is there anyway to stop this.

There should be an "unsubscribe link"at the bottom of the email.
Check for it and use it.
If there isn't , just replay the email and ask to be excluded from mailing list.
