Stars says it is against tos, as it seeks to take an advantage of a game dynamic not having to do with actually level play.
Both WPN and Ignition/Bovada have terrible software that is unreliable. It would be comedic for a network with such circumstances to enforce strict policies as Pokerstars does.
These 2 networks would go out of business if they started enforcing penalties on everyone who leaves the table after 5 minutes when half the time it's a problem on their end booting the player due to a disconnection.
I could see how these emails would go.
"We're sorry. Your account has been suspended due to leaving the tables too quickly. This is against TOS."
Player:
"I didn't leave. I got a message saying,"Player disconnected...attempting to reconnect." Then I was kicked off the table."
Site:
"You must have a problem with your connection. Regardless you are suspended. We're sorry. Would you like to make another deposit?"
