Although I'm a little peeved they haven't met ANY of their software update goals, I'd be a heck of a lot happier as a customer, if a WPN rep just came in the thread and explained the delay.

It's like being late on a debt payment. If you as the debter come to me and say, "Hey I'm going to be late, I'm sorry but here's why and here's my plan to repay", I'll probably be very understanding. But when you owe money and go silent, don't answer my calls, dodge me, or don't come to me to say you can't make the payment then you lose my respect.

I feel with every passing day that they don't give a response that they don't two craps about their customer base and that's far more infuriating then missing a software update timeframe.

They don't even need to explain, imo, they just need to quit promising stuff that they can't do in a certain time frame. It's ok to just say "we're working on this, this and this, but there is no time frame." WPN has a long history of over promising and under delivering, they bring threads like this onto themselves.
