We ran into complications. The downtime will continue for likely another 4 hours.

Any other "patch notes"? Is the only change going to be Jackpot SnGs? Or are other changes/improvements to the site and software being made as well?

Big updates commonly run over. Expecting them to be on time is an exercise in frustration, in my experience.

i hope there is a huge flaw and the first few all kick off jackpots, be a first a mistake on their end would benefit players

not that i know all there ins and outs but seeing how im finishing up a systems analysis class, i would think they would have thought of a way to test all this out with another "test" client before actually trying to ship it "live", seems every time they do an update they extend their ETA, understandably you run into errors, but after running into errors so much, I would assume you would plan out the fastest and most efficient way to avoid these common recurring errors when updating.

Also did my thesis paper on DDoS attacks(seeing how it pertains to us poker players), understanding how they work now is pretty understandable to the problems they have with controlling these, but also in my research I found countless ways to combat DDoS attacks, even some claiming to allow legit traffic while dropping malicious traffic. Sounds like something ACR should look into.

There was a video of the jackpot spin with test accounts posted weeks ago...where did you hear they didn't "test" this?

Every single time they do scheduled maintenance it takes several hours longer than normal, you'd think they'd just tell us it'll take 12 hours and let us be happy when it only takes 8.

+1 the formula should be something like:

figure out how long it will take, double that time, add 20%
