Is JP supposed to be working now? I have Windows 8.1, resolution is 1920 x 1200. JP is wrong sized - only see the first few letters of the recent winners names on the right side, and my only option for a game is $2 and there is now way to even enter it. Looks like I need to make it full screen and then I'd see some things that are lopped off from my current view, but no way to full screen this page. Is this still being worked on? I can do all the other things at the site with no problem. Problem is only with JP.

Nope. I am set up perfectly and with Windows 8.1 and it isn't working. I keep going back every once in a while, thinking they'd fix it on their own, but NO. Looks like they've thrown their hands in the air and given up. Too complicated for them and they just want this issue out of their sight.

Is there an update that hasn't downloaded for me or something? I can get it to kinda work adjusting the resolution down to like 1600 x 700 or whatever is closest there.

Also, can't seem to change the buy in on JPs, stuck on $2.

My action priority seems messed up too. Every time action comes to me on a different table, that table pops up regardless of whether I have acted on another table... makes multi-tabling very difficult.

No update that fixes the jackpots and I believe the same for the table sizing.

They have been dodging talking on here and emails so it means no good news right now.

We get your vision WPN with this maximizer but why not go fix things first by rolling the update back and then you can send out the update when it's more stable?

This don't mean you abort your idea or cave in but it means you keep the people happy until you can get the software running the way you would like it to. Your stubbornness is costing you money right now.

I had some time to explore things now and the Jackpot feature is terrible. Opens a browser window and loads into that, the graphics suck, it's slow, and the action buttons and table are different from everything else in the client.

Also, I can't select any other buy-in amount other than $2, selecting to play multiple games starts them all at the same time, not one after the other.

I won't be using it anymore. The Jackpot was kind of a cool down for me after a session, I'll just get a beer now.

Any update on these issues? Should I call and try to get IT support on the phone to work through anything on my end? I'd like to play again.

So, is there not jackpots over $2 anymore? Not that I play them much, but it was nice to donk around in the $40 JPs while my MTTs are on break and I can't leave the computer because Ignition is a trash heap w/ no breaks.

If these growing pains are what it takes to get to a better future, then so be it. I want a mobile client. I want fast poker. Players have some serious entitlement issues here and act like you haven't grown up in the computer age with bugs and glitches across all indutrustries.

So i've recently started playing on ACR, i signed up because they offered jackpots (the games know as spins on stars) as those are the only games i wanted to play, i spoke to them on the live chat, asked them about deposit bonuses etc, how long one has to clear it, etc.

Since their update the 'Jackpots' have been unplayable (apart from $2 ones) so i've been unable to work through my bonus, that was offered and apart of the reason i signed up to their site.

I would assume they have broken some sort area within their Terms of Service...
As I stated, i had signed up to be an affiliate for their site and have recently started streaming games on their site. If they are unwilling to help a player that is actively trying to help their business grow, then i would assume they are not going to help you in any way shape or form, if you are considering putting money on this site, i would strongly urge you not too.

In a market where the 'offsites' are having a rough time, i thought customer acquisition and retention would be something they would really strive to out perform the bigger sites.
