what is the support email? i have sent like 5 emails in the past 3-4 days. haven't heard back just want to make sure i am using the right one. support@blackchippoker.eu? i just want a record of me detailing my troubles. i don't feel like calling and waiting on hold to be told nothing by the rep on the phone

the line for every1 will be different regarding getting a "fair" shot to play the tournament.

if some1 thinks they didn't get a fair shot to play the Mill and requests a refund, do people think WPN would refund their buy-in? you'd obviously have to stop playing the hands you do get to see, so there's def. a risk involved.

Says the guy not disconnecting....what about EVERYONE else? What about the players I witnessed that didn't get to see a hand for 2 hours...and probably still haven't? You're just going to sit there and win their money?

This tournament was DONE 10 minutes after it started...I stopped taking it seriously (and tried to un-register) when WPN released the statement yesterday saying poker networks across the board suffered DDOS attacks...

I didn't want to play YESTERDAY....

That happened to me too, it's just lag, I think it's better just to wait than to restart client.It will take about 1m just for the tourney lobby to pop up, better to not stress about it imo

I restarted the client several times and no go until like 15 minutes later.

We are getting in a record low hands per hour for an online tournament which feels like it's been hand for hand since level 1 blinds. Horrible!

Support told me they aren't even LOOKING at emails until after the Milly. Wtf. **** servers and understaffed security the day of your biggest event ever? I logged off and not getting back on. Cheated out of a seat or $435 in the satty no WAY I wouldn't tilt off the figures in my account. And to top it off I had 1 more satellite left 2nd $250 1st a seat and I get 3rd AA loses to A3

This is crazy tilting. No bank to even make a solid decision on hands. Plus getting frozen during pots. Just forget it. When I tilt off my stack on a half ass play im gonna be pissed but I guess such is life. Doubt refunds will be dished out no matter how many ppl are affected.

just tried to log in 2 separate times in the last 20-30 minutes(5:30pm EST)....i even let it sit and marinate after entering my password just in case it was being slow....but i don't think its allowing people to log in similar to previous issues they've had on big days(some people are fine....people who were logged in before the problems started can play but if you log out and try to log back in....you're screwed)

I still can't open the tournament lobby but luckily I'm on my table for the moment.

Just imagine people trying to register who even can't because the lobby won't open for them which even from a sites perspective I don't know how they let this continue.

yea i am having to restart client. even when i do it takes several minutes to get connected each time. i have tried waiting it out when it lags but after a few minutes i can't just sit and hope it gets better. the last 5 mins have been better but i was not able to play any hands for the first 2 hours

Not sure if this was brought up but whenever one of my tourneys freezes I close out the entire ACR and log back in, and they start right back up

I got frozen out and didn't know what to do other than
say *#&#(( over and over.

and then it came back after 3 minutes. I didn't do anything. My table just suddenly came back

tried tore-enter the milly, it said "registereD". But i wasnt. Wonder if I got charged? Logged out/back in, tried to register again (I wasnt registered yet). Says account balance is not enough, but it is. Can't open lobby. fun.

WPN should be cancelling the tournament and giving people their money back...*** giving them proof of anything.

ok so i'm logged in...things are moving very slow but i was able to pull up the Milly lobby....should I play it? fyi, i was gonna just buy in directly.

over 1,500 entrys right now and still another hour or 2 of late reg....i'm certain they would of hit the GTD if they could handle the traffic.
