puke, last hand I played I had 1010 and just overbet jammed cause the client said it closed during the middle of the hand but I was able to shove the flop really fast before it went down completely lol.

my table froze mid hand and i had about 40% of my chips invested...no way to recover this properly...just refund the days tourney money wpn..... ugh!!

Chat just told me there will be no refunds for paused tournies and told me it's a problem with my internet connection, while im on live chat talking to them....

software is the achilles heel of this network. Inconsistent, and poor quality.

After the 3rd restart I got the error messages again. I ignored them and just clicked on the poker table window and play resumed per normal. When the break hit I clicked on one of the hanging error messages and it shut down the client.

At 7:07 pm EST - Pop Up message from ACR:

"We are sorry for the inconvenience. If internet connections are not stable in the next 25minutes we will cancel all BOSS events and re-schedule them as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."

This is absurd. I´ve disconnected three times on the flop/turn with ~150 usd now lost on PLO cash games.
