Downtime and Disconnect/Lag Issues thread - Page 23 - Winning Poker Network -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

The website page for this new "spin" option is incredibly vague. Nobody has a clue what a 1c, 25c, or $1 option will net them if they win.

This option is interesting not because I really want to play a slot machine to win a poker seat but it could bring some horrible fish into real events who get in playing this that probably couldn't qualify from a regular satellite. The downfall is them fish will blow money on this trying to get instead of playing satellites which takes dead money out of them.

When you load up 15+ sngs at once it's a pain if you start timing out from lag. This site needs a sit in all tables option that players can access with ease instead of finding out 10 minutes later (or worse) that they have gone inactive on a table due to a lag timeout.

yea registered for one sng that i cant unreg, and in one that says its running but wont open even when i found the lobby. Although when i clicked "my games" it showed nothing.

Agree 100% and if I'm not returned more than just my entries I'm done with the site.

Live chat has put me on hold for 20 of the last 30 mins...I ask wtf is going on and she says sorry she has 5 other chats going. LOL

Well, if it wasn't clear before, it sure is now. This is a huge problem. Beyond the ICM chop not existing, which coincidentally I was ridiculed for suggesting this before... I digress... Big picture is this is bad news for the million, and US poker as a whole if they can't get this thing going. They had some momentum going and this could be a huge setback at a really bad time. They have about 5 days max to fix this or they can forget about going anywhere with this company. As of right now, they can't handle the traffic, period. Sad to see, I'm rooting for you WPN, I know you try. You really do.

I cant even log in to check to see if i got a refund from yesterday's bs. I also didnt get an email (yes i sent one last night). Although i did get a letter in the mail from bcp about the 1mil gtd. Funny huh, lets get this debacle sorted out first. So wpn rep my screen name is FLOATSBOATS just go ahead and make sure i got a complete refund for yesterday. If i am satisfied i will play next sunday and more, if not i'm gone.

Did you see all the SNGs that were open for no reason and that logged out of there was literally over 300 sngs opened at once. I would blame the people opening up them and then leaving. Obv there are issues with WPN servers but everyone coming on here like they are 6'6" 220 with their chest stuck out just makes me lol

Started a live chat session at 806 with Adriana B.

Asked her to look into the issues. She asked for a minute...15 mins later and she hadn't responded. I asked what was going on she told me again to hold. LOL. Told me she had 5 other chats going.

Long story short I spent about 58 mins out of an hour on hold with live chat and nothing was resolved. She actually never responded to me and ignored me.

I'm taking all my money off your site. This is a joke.
