I blinded out of yesterday's oss #1, $100,000 guarantee. I had 34,000 at 1500/3000 when the lag issues began. Bascially was disconnected until the restart of the tournament and then only had 24,000 at 3500bb. Then once again I was disconnected and blinded out of the tournament. I had just assumed that there would be some type of compensation, but no luck from the support yet. Was told by 3 separate reps that they would need time to handle it and that the manager was not in. Such horrid support and cannot believe that the tournament even continued after being compromised. Even if I was the only one disconnected because of their fault, the mtt should be stopped and cancelled.

Still waiting on payout for one of two affected SNGs from the August 24th issues. By the way, it's nice having the immediate automated confirmation replies from email support, but they should include a quote of the customer email for easier tracking (by the customer).

Why is it ongoing, didn't you win by getting them to reverse course? Do you think you should get some multiple of what you got because it was 4x? Don't know man, seems like they put you in the position you would be if you hadn't registered at all.

Yes, I should get 2x (one half of the 4x prize pool), rather than the one buyin I received.

Policy for interrupted Jackpot Poker games with more than a 2x prize pool is to distribute the entire prize pool according to each players chip stack. (It would be really unfair to spin a very big multiplier and only get a buyin refund if it was shut down.) For 2x games, they generously refund all 3 player's their buyin.

I'm guessing (since it's all I can do) what happens is sometimes not all players have the issue so they get blinded out and the prize goes to a survivor. Then the site feels a refund of only the buyin is appropriate since they have already awarded the prize pool. Will be a pretty lousy scenario with a large multiplier.

You know what, WPN has known about these issues for years. The fact that they can't immediately pause the clocks and stop is from using up our timebanks if they can't solve the issue is like a big middle finger to all the customers.

You can be better than this if you try.

i got a weird error saying my client performed an illegal operation or something but it let me keep playing. just happened a second time though and my client froze up and wont let me back in.

Same. Was able to get back in and play for about 10 minutes. Now cant get in.
