I closed out of the app after my cashier stopped loading and I have been unable to open my account for a an hour now. What's going on???

FYI, all OK here in Thailand. I'm able to load the app, log in and go to the cashier, all very quickly too.

I had an issue recently. I couldn't connect to a HUSNG, I was blinded out. I talked to 2 separate members of the live support team. Support told me there was nothing wrong (even thought i didn't play a hand until i had 4bbs).

I pm'd WinningTD. I showed a screenshot of the lobby, and the screenshot of the conversation I had with live support. With in 24 hours he replied to me and It has been taken care of. I'd talk to him.

i have one of the highest volume on their site for HUSNG. I have to say this does happen from time to time. But take it like a pinch of salt or as extra rake as you are NOT gonna ever get a refund from them.

I've gotten refunds. I guess I have better "luck" with customer support.

LPT: You are 45x "luckier" with customer service if you are both polite and persistent. With these "luck" building techniques I've also had successful conversations with the ultra devil that is Comcast.

yes I am also in top of volume for SNG's network wide and have always been

it is indeed just an extra rake to overcome

the stress from refunds far outweighs the option to grit and take it, actually you are better off smiling while taking it as to avoid tilt collapse afterwards

just always remember it's your PC's problem, your networks issues
WPN never has issues and all is well always with their software
also keep in mind they are doing you a favor by hosting a place you can play in USA and lets not forget certain obstacles create these issues but don't worry they have it under control

actually I am so thankful of WPN taking my rake that I am including REPS into my will cuz no way I could be at this stage in my life w/o them

The $22 $1.2k turbo just completely froze, however the blind levels are continuing to go up? Looks as if other tourneys are going fine, however by $22 1.2k turbo table is blank when I open it.

the $44 8max is unbearably slow and half the poeple are disconnected. This is so annoying.

I just reported the lag in online chat and the guy said that everything was paused for 5 minutes. I asked him how my table could still be playing (barely) if it was paused, and he repeated that everything was paused.

I made the worst mistake you can make on WPN. I didn't check this thread before I signed up for a tournament.

and my poker lobby is completely frozen, except i can still click on the promotional links and move/close the window, but can't access or open any more lobbies, etc. not gonna risk restarting client

I don't think that the reps have enough autonomy or training to answer our questions. It's like when I talk to Comcast. Whatever I ask, they start down their checklist:

Is the TV plugged in?
Are the connections tight?
Do you need me to send a reboot signal?

The Comcast rep was mindlessly going down his checklist, even though it had nothing to do with what I was calling about--one TV channel (ESPN2) was down when I was trying to watch the Main Event final table.

That's exactly what it's like talking to an ACR rep.
