I got blinded out of a 50 dollar heads up sit n go on ACR, so not every skin must have been down. Of course they say 72 hours for a refund which is absurd.

Went down on Betcoin too....Pretty sure Betcoin was first because it was quite a few minutes before I noticed other's complaining....I was blinded out of one tourney before anybody else went down so.....grrr!

Yes I was in six tournaments and got blinded out of each. I had top 5 stacks in two gigantic mtts. I was on the betcoin client and it crashed for a few hours right when I had almost my entire bankroll in these tournaments. I'm left with no chips and no response from support.

I've known I'm not the only one for the last five years. And in case someone asks why I don't play somewhere else, I've spent the last three months grinding on another site to build up the bankroll so that it's a decent option.

I literally just opened an account about an hour ago. Does anyone know what the refund policy is when it comes to sngs that a player is registered in when a dc like this happens? Do I need to wait around all night for the connection to come back or is there a point where I'm no longer on the hook?

Also, how often does this bs happen on ACR?
