just spoke to ACR tech support on the phone . a server is down , will try to get it back within 30min and all tournament play will continue .

i was 6 of 8 in a tourny

wow...at least it wasnt just me...but of course with my luck it happens when im cheap leader in a mtt....freakin ridiculous...so what happens to the tourney in this situation?

Comes back, blinds are double what they were and I have 100k chips less than when it crashed...busted in 19th.

I feel kinda cheated on this one.

What the hell? On the cash tables, they just reset the entire hand like they never happened? Even ones that had already done the last action and were about to declare the winner?

All of these posts yet I got an email from ACR saying the server was running fine and nothing on their end caused my tables to not load properly...

Not to mention the queue for live chat was 30+ deep within seconds.

Great customer service.

Whats the standard WPN response to issues like this? If its a lengthy outage are my buy-ins refunded? Im in the 30k and 10k but I'm new to ACR and havent had an outage like this before.
