Message in my tourney said games would be back at 13:00 eastern time.

It's happened probably 10+ times this month, twice in the last 12 hours. So yeah, standard WPN that you know and love.

ok my satellites resumed for what its worth. but now they aren't well timed for entry into the tournaments. ugly.

Is there some way to get you into WPN's internet connection dept? I cant believe someone that knows exactly how to connect a poker site 24/7 without incident would be hired on the spot. then you get to listen to yourself ***** and moan constantly./ No wonder WPN wont listen

I agree. This should be their nș1 priority. I understand that they are with their hands tied when it comes to software development but there is no excuse for this. Phill believes that they don't need to make a big investment to solve the problem cause people still play even with this issues.

So I was playing cash games and was in a $1500 pot and a $850 pot when the disconnect went down. Both times the other player had bet and the action was on me. I emailed support with documented evidence and have gotten no response after 40 hours. Called support they said theres nothing they can do about it over the phone. Are they actually good about refunding in these situations or are they just going to kick me in the nuts?

I'm glad I occupy so much of your time. But yea, WPN was so much worse 4 years ago. How we got to this point is absolutely amazing. Maybe that's why I can get behind it now. I still haven't put a single dime on any skins since tho.

The point being its okay for you to voice your displeasure but when other people do it you feel the need to come around and call them losers or just plain stupid. So is that the deal, only you get to complain? And you know what I agree with you, the network has come a long way from the days when I used to prop for them. But that still doesn't change the fact that improvements still need to be made and better decisions need to be made. Take the jackpots for instance. It is actually insulting that the network continues to allow these to run when there are obvious problems that need attention. So please take off your rose coloured glasses ok.

Did you get an automated email stating that they will respond soon? If not, they probably did not receive the email and you need to resend. I had similar issues and they did not receive.

Jesus **** dude. You think ONE post 4 years ago is the same as the daily crying that goes on around here? I don't respond to every complainer and call them stupid. I call the constant complainers stupid. A bunch of recs that think they know what's best for everybody. The thought that you are somehow more knowledgeable and smarter than everybody is the stupidity I'm talking about.

This theory that everything that is actually wrong with the site, I never said there weren't things wrong, is so easily fixable is stupid. They did send an automated response but I couldn't even count the amount of times I've asked questions or submitted documents and receive the automated reply yet never hear back from them again. Its so frustrating I don't know who to talk to

I would try PM'ing every 2p2 rep you can find for WPN. I'm not sure if WPN hires independent CS, but if they do, they must have the same as Comcast or something. Sounds like a legit problem tho, hope you can get it handled.
