WINNING TD.....thank you very much for checking in on this thread and providing us with info as to whats going on over there, i can only assume its a living nightmare for you guys as you are being bombarded from all angles by all of us wanting to play or wanting our money and my question should be very simple as its not regarding the site issues or crashes but rather in regards to the double or nothing sng's that ive had no luck getting much of any real answer from the customer service reps when ive asked SO ILL ASK YOU AS IM SURE YOU HAVE THE ANSWER:

In regards to the $15s (turbos and nonturbo) and the $30s and even the 6 handed $50 double or nothing tourneys, these all disappeared last week sometime and im not really sure why. At first i was told theyd be back up the following morning as it happened with a server update but then nothing happened the next few days and then this weekend and early this week all the site crashes happend so im sure if that was on the agenda it got pushed to the bottom of the concern list (as it should). But PLLLEEAASE tell me that these tournaments are not gone for good as they are virtually all i play and for whatever reason the $20 double or nothings are only 12 handed versions and literally no one plays them EVER. The 15s and 30s were getting frequent traffic and i was able to play 30-40 of them a day at only 3-4 at a time. I cant imagine that you guys are doing away with them but if thats the case can you please explain why? And if i may just provide a tiny bit of feedback: the 12 handed ones i dont know that ive ever seen fill up, so if the goal as i assume it is to make the most money possible and get the most tourneys to fill up as possible then lets bring back the 15s and 30s and $50 DorN's.

Every single type of sng should be back today. Some just disappeared off the face off the earth. I wish it could all be done automatically but manually we have to put them back, which we are doing as we speak.

If there's still problems don't START tournaments. Just leave the tournament lobby blank until you resolve these problems... Ughhh this is just silly.

Seriously I just folded QQ preflop as a shortstack because the tournament was frozen, and when I restarted it it just folded for me. I knew I shouldn't have played today, but I'm so done with this for a while. I'm not gonna enter into another game on WPN until all of this is resolved for sure.

Exactly. I didn't dig deep, however, I do find it alarming that the entire backend of the whole system is wide open for the masses to see if they know what to look for. If you are putting your hard earned money onto a website, wouldn't you feel more comfortable knowing that there is NOT a public facing login to the entire world that can be found as easily as I found it.

I posted this because I care. The reason I care is because we should all have the right to know what we are getting ourselves into when we sign up for sites like this.

I will admit though, I have a filter and theres a lot of stuff I have in my head that I won't post. I do not have malicious intentions at all. I'm one of the good guys and if someone at WPN wants to talk privately about my concerns I haven't voiced here, please do so. Be aware though that if I catch WPN lying to me in PM, I will post the PM logs. It's quite easy to tell when someone in IT is BSing.

There are things about their server's setup that concern me but they don't concern me enough to stop playing there. I'm not convinced that this team has an inhouse development or network infrastructure team therefore this team may not have the kind of onsite support needed to run a stable environment. To me, this WPN network is a patch work of contract gigs being fueled by marketing dollars.

I don't get it. I play on Merge too and just did my first cashout last week that took only 8 DAYS from request to check-in-hand. Merge has awesome support. If anything throw some money on another site to grind while **** hit's the fan over here.
