I am looking on my account all im getting right now is rake back but there is no bonus payment. they told me its for every 5 dollar raked i get a dollar back deducted from my rake account. I don't see any sort of deduction. Whats everyones experience with the bonus and rake how do you know your getting your bonus? Do you see it at the end of the rake back week? The customer service is pretty clueless. Thought I would ask you guys for feedback.

so for every 5 dollars raked your supposed to get a 1 dollar bonus it says on the site and you can redeem it in the bonus section. I have no 1 dollar redemption or anything. When does the redemption show up?

go to rewards > bonus and it should show up there.

i had completed x% of my bonus prior to the software update, and they started it all the way from the beginning after the update. i had to contact support about it last night, said they'd fix it in 15 mins and after checking this morning they never did.

Ya i look there its 0 dollars. It also has me at 58 days for 100% depoist bonus not the full 60 days. I am starting to wonder if there is a bonus. One thing i like is the rng no more 40 or 50 2 to 4 outter bad beats every day. I still get bad beat but not like on merge which is almost every time you click all in. When my hands are holding up and the best hands are winning im surprised there not being bad beat on this site like the other ones. Cake has the worst rng of all of them and merge is pretty much the same. But this rng on winning poker network from what i see is legit and really works like real card variance.

so if you sign up for rakeback and you have a first deposit bonus, will you be getting the money from rakeback and the money from the first depsosit bonus or will you have to clear the bonus first before the rakeback starts kicking in?

I signed up through an affiliate and have both rakeback and the first depositor's bonus.
Click rewards > bonus and you can see how much you've cleared, and can take the cash in increments of $1 at a time. I haven't noticed any deductions from my rakeback when I take my bonus cash from the first deposit bonus.

Released bonuses do get deducted from the gross revenue, thus your Rakeback would be lower when you still clear the FDB. Though you can try to be clever with the timing since you now decide when the bonus is released with the new system that they put in place.

Anybody else getting a "This Page Cannot be be Displayed" message when they try to access their bonus page?
