Difference between RP and AP?

Customer support on chat is not helping.
Based on what I read is this correct?
AP is earned in cash games by weighted contribution right?
RP is earned in cash games by Dealt method right?
For example if I play 100 hands and never win a pot then I earn Zero AP but will earn a few RP based on how big of a game I am playing(pot sizes) right?
AP is for working off bonus money.
