Hello, I posted this in the middle of the night in the SNG2.0 thread, but maybe someone can help me out... Whenever I click into the SNG2.0 lobby, the Jackpot lobby, and my cashier part of each one of those lobbies is covered up by the bottom of the poker client where the ad banners and stuff are, thus blocking some of the buttons for register on jackpots and I'd assume a register button for the SNG2.0's also. It shows the select buy in for SNG2.0, yet no button to register. Part of my cashier is covered up also. I can use the main functions Deposit/Withdraw, but not all of the cashier is displayed. I hope that all kind of makes sense. I play on a Dell 30" ultrasharp, so I'm thinking maybe the 30" size or the resolution may be causing the problems. I've tried changing the resolution to a lower one but all that ends up doing is making the client lobby larger (it does not help display the register buttons or other parts of the cashier)
Wouldn't mind trying out the SNG2.0's (but I have no register button) and also being able to see the other parts of the Jackpot lobby and Cashier would be cool too. I do think this is maybe just a monitor size or resolution issue or maybe a properties setting with the poker client, but I'm not sure.
I would include a screenshot, but other than typing and playing poker I am not very tech. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

It this a 4K resolution monitor?

Hi thanks for taking a look at this. No I don't believe the monitor is 4K since it is the older model from 2012ish. The resolution on it is 2560x1600 and even when I set it lower all it does is increase the overall size of the poker client and the register buttons are still covered up by the promotion ad banners at the bottom of the client. Also the right side of the SNG2.0 and Jackpot lobbies where I think it says waiting to start or take my seat is not completely displayed either. The cashier only displays the top halfs of the deposit and withdraw buttons and the P2P button only shows the top left corner of the button and only part of the need help depositing icon with the phone number shows also. It looks like all the background images are there, but the overall height and width of the client is not allowing all the images to be displayed. I tried logging in on my secondary "non-poker" computer that has a 27" monitor with resolution of 1600x900 and the lobbies where displayed correctly. That is why I originally thought that maybe it is a resolution or size problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well I did some messing around with stuff on my settings and I think it is a display settings problem, most likely due to windows 10. I started to change some settings with the scaling factor which I believe controls the size of text, apps, and other items. I don't have a ton of time to fine tune my settings at the moment, but when I set the scaling factor to a lower setting all the lobbies ended up being displayed correctly. I did some quick research on google and seems like some other windows 10 users have issues with scaling factor (for some reason mine was set at 250% thus causing the sizing issues with the lobbies)
