Deposit Bonus not unlocking Deposit Bonus not unlocking

During the last week I have been trying to clear the freebuy deposit bonus. I made the deposit on Sunday the 10th and since then have paid 123.61 in tournament fees. I have also played a little 25nl as well. Just counting the tournaments I should have generated 680.79 RPs. This shows up on the main rewards page correctly; however on the bonus page it shows that I have only generated 249. I have called support, but they consistently tell me its working fine without actually looking into it. I was just wondering if anyone else has been having this issue, and if so how you corrected it. I hate to fuss over 15 dollars, but its my 15 dollars lol.

have same problem with all the reload bonuses. Send them an email with your sn exsplaingin ur problem. They can and will do manually

Ya. Their bonus release tracker is obviously severely broken.

So what happened in you case is that you have unlock $25 dollars, with your points you actually unlock around $27 but because you release $5 at the time you need to generate a few more points so you can release the rest. Any way you already redeem $10 of those $25 available and you have $15 dollars ready to be redeem. If you have any more issues let me know but everything seems to be just fine.

I had this issue for four days and finally they updated it this morning but whether it now tracks future play or not we will see.

Next time I will contact one of the reps here I understand for some random occurrence a day gets skipped and updated the following just like with rakeback but when it goes 3 days + then something is wrong.

Really convenient for WPN that rb and bonuses sometimes freeze and stop updating. Better hope you notice or check it everday or you miss out on your own money.

I periodically check it during my sessions and it definitely froze up on me. It didn't budge at all after ~2k hands. Will update tomorrow if it updates on my client.

So after not receiving the bonus credit for four days after support finally fixed that the next three days I have not received any rakeback or bonus dollars which I emailed support tonight and this is the kind of reply I get:

Dear ******,

Thank you for playing at Americas Card Room, we really appreciate having you as one of our valued customers.

We sorry for the inconveniences, the Rakeback benefit program has this 48 hours’ time frame calculation when there is a bonus credited. Also records coming from tournaments will have an estimated longer time frame.

We thank you for the understanding and kindly ask you for your patience and it will be credited as soon as possible.

Since when did it stop updating daily? That is a first and it's been over 48 hours so I dunno what is going on with this network right now.
