I have this problem when changing tables in on demands, but I suspect it might happen in all MTTs. If I am switched to a table and am placed UTG, I quickly receive cards but then they are just as quickly mucked.

I play relatively small buy in small field on demands, but if this happened deep in a real mtt it could really be costly. Obviously the odds of moving, then being placed UTG, then also getting a playable hand is fairly rare, but this could really make me or more likely, someone else, very mad.

This is something we are aware of.. I have reported it many times.

The problem with this is as you said its very very rare and believe it or not its very hard to reproduce in the test environment to see whats going on.

However this is the first case i have heard in a long time so i will pass it on

I happened to have a playable hand when it happened today so I could probably dig that hand up and show you, I can't imagine it would help any, but if it would let me know.

I'd mentioned this to another ACR player and he said its happened to him but he didn't really say when, its been going on for me since I got back onto black chip about 10 days ago.

A hand ID would be awesome

I can't seem to find it. Pokertracker might not have caught that specif hand due to the error or I just can't find it. Next time it happens I'll try and get the hand ID as it happens.

Ok so I caught it happening today. I didn't quite get a screen shot of my hand or the message window that seems to cause this. I believe the message is something to the effect of "please wait while you are moving tables" but I could be wrong....

Anyways, in this hand, I was sat UTG and recieved 8s4s and was snap folded. I took a screenshot to grab the hand number. When I tried to look at the previous hand it did not show the 8s4s hand, but the previous hand at the previous table so I wasn't able to get a copy of the hand history.

it can't be that rare. you dont even have to be placed utg at a new table. the table switch itself sometimes takes long enough for the "take my seat" button to disappear which then allows the user to take action, not automatically fold. But as stated, sometimes this process take a few seconds which leads to the player folding and again, its not that rare.
