"Hey Guys,

I have been having trouble when multiple games load where my computer will freeze and I'm forced to do a hard reset. When even I do the hard reset, the computer takes longer than usual to load back up. I always immediately try and get back on software as I play HU and Jackpot SNGs. Many times while trying to get back in the software, It wont load up and Its says ""looking for updates"" Other times it has said that I was already connected to the software.

I did a system reboot last week and I have still been experiencing these problems when playing 3+ games. Has happened to me both on ACR and BCP.

I'm not super tech savy, but can follow instructions with the help of google and youtube videos if anyone has an idea of how I can fix it or how I can look into seeing what the problem may be.

Could you please be so kind and try to uninstall and reinstall the applications.

Also, make sure you have the latest version of Java and Flash Player.

I believe that I already tried this, but I am going to try again and make sure I get correct versions etc. (crossing fingers and will update if it works)

I have done what you recommended and still am having issue.

Its very discouraging and I am hoping that I can find the issue and take care of it.

Same issue when I get past 6 tables. I've never had this problem before using the same computer.

Please try the following steps:

1. Add exception in Anti Virus software for ACR exe (or BCP)
1. Uninstall the poker client from Control Panel
2. Delete all files related to the poker client
3. Install again the poker client
