client error client error

getting this basically all day. no links in my client work, no JP, no 2.0, no cashier, no rewards

i cleared cookies and restarted pc/unplugged modem/reset. i did not uninstall the client. overall the client is pretty bad but can i get this fixed?

Do you get a security box come up when you try and login..

If you click no then that could be a reason you are getting this error.

Make sure your IE is up to date. We made a change in the cashier today.

i do not get a pop up....

i uninstall and reinstall same issue

tried it on another computer same issue

its been like this all day i dont know what else to do

i been talking to support and they dont know what i am talking about

can you please look into this for me

Make sure your IE is up to date is something i would recommend trying first of all

support guided me through that already and i updated both my labtop and desktop and same issue


that 403 FORBIDDEN keeps popping up i cant even click on any links etc or load the cashier


i tried loading ACR and BCP and it works perfectly fine though

Literally these are the only 2 reports we are getting of this.

Tried deleting and re installing the client?

its been like this all morning and afternoon

meh i am all out of options. There was issues this morning but they were fixed. I am speaking to dev and relaying info here.

They are saying there is now no reason. I opened true and have had no issues what so ever

Same thing here. I have been getting kicked out the last few days with "illegal operation" error. Just not, registered for a couple JP games, got kicked off, then restarted everything and lost the $10 JP games. Updated browsers.

i've called them many times and escalated to supervisor (Lea?) and she told me IT is looking in to it many times. Not sure what more i can do but wait. Its totally fraustrating getting the run around but i am sure i will call them tomorrow again and see what is up with this

Same thing, the last couple of days. No matter how many restarts I do,

"Client application has performed an illegal operation. Please restart the client for instructions on reporting the error."

The only thing that works is uninstalling the console, going to the 'C:' drive, finding the True Poker folder, shredding it and its contents, then re-installing it. A 15 minute process, no other skin has this issue. Is True Poker on its own/different server from the other skins?

yes, would be nice to be able to access JP's today

I uninstalled thoroughly using a third party uninstaller which is supposed to do a very detailed uninstall, then reinstalled and still getting the error you guys are mentioning above.

Yup having the same issue as of this morning. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again still no good. I talked to support n they told me to send another screenshot n I did that but no one in IT can fix this

I have had the same issue since yesterday, thought it would fix itself. Came here to see others have the problem as well.
