When I try to logon to the site, it is unable to let me click anything other than remember or or auto login. Can't click login, forgot password or any of the others on there. I've e-mailed support several times, and still no answers. I've followed their instructions of deleting internet files and caches, uninstalling/reinstalling, checking the firewall and uninstalling and reinstalling the software but still nothing is working.

Can you uninstall the software and then delete the ACR folder from your computer before you download it again. Let me know
