Bonus/Rake Explanation Bonus/Rake Explanation

Hi guys , What's up.
First of all wish you all good luck on grinding.
Respectfully , I would like some explanation/clarification from WPN Reps on below matters:
1- It's about Rakeback. When I first signed up on the ACR , I was in Elite Program by default. After a bit of research , I figured Flat %27 Rakeback would be a better option for me. (Micro player , Not so much volume... Less than 2-2.5K hands a day) and Thanks to online support , they changed my rackeback program to a flat one. Now I'm on %27 Flat RB.
So here is the thing. I see this:

• Total Game Rake : $14.32
• Tournament fees: $3.06
• Total Rake: $17.38
• Deductions > $0.00
• Rakeback Amount: 27%
Weekly Rakeback: $4.69

And in the left side , where I can practically Redeem my RB , I see this:
Available Rakeback : $1.78

Can I ask how it works!?
As You can see I paid $17.38 in rake money , So I have to be able to get %27 of it back. Right? Why I'm getting about 10%?

I did not redeem any rakeback before in this week. I'm certain about this.
The same thing happened last week , But the support were busy for CUBED series so I didn't bother them.... (isn't that big of a deal for now...)

2- I Re-Deposited 3-4 days ago using CUBED series reload bonus.
So , to release $5 of the bonus , I need 120 AP .
Every 5.5 AP is awarded after you paid $1 in rake. So when I have 120PP , I paid $21.81 on rake. And I will get $5 in bonus. It's 22% back to me.

Here is the deal , When you are clearing bonus , It seems you will not get ANY Rakeback in the flat system. (As mentioned in Rewards page, Rakeback section).
So there is 2 explanation for this:
1- This is NOT a bonus and is a PUNISHMENT ! You will get %5 less than you're suppose to get on a flat rakeback system without any reload etc..
2- I'm getting this wrong and you will get paid both on bonus AND Rakeback?

Would you clarify that WPN_REPs?
Thanks

I'm not 100% sure what the right answer is because I'm not an employee of WPN, but I will tell you that, in my experience, sometimes it takes several days for your accumulated rake to appear in the "Available Rakeback" box.

Also I've been told that after the week of rakeback is up, it automatically moves over to your account without having to click anything. I wouldn't know for sure because I check it daily and click it if there is any balance whatsoever.

Check your bonus, if you have redeemed bonus it gets deducted from the rb yes

No I haven't redeemed anything...
And about the Bonus, so It's not a bonus.
It's a punishment!
I don't get it thou...

Well it is a bonus.

If you think free money is a punishment i would love to be punished

However bonuses do go against rakeback!

Yeah in this case it is.
120 AP = $21.81 in rake contributed.
%27 of 21.81 = 5.88 (Flat rake )
Bonus I will get for depositing money = 5
So , in this case I rather cancel the bonus!!! Please let me know how can I do that and just get paid by normal rake!
BUT , as I said , The Rakeback is not working well , too!
Rakeback say something , I get another thing to redeem.

While the bonus goes against rakeback, you still come out ahead. It doesn't cancel ALL your rakeback. The bonus is deducted from your total rake before your rakeback is calculated.

So say you rake 100 and normally get 27 back for rakeback.

With a 22% bonus, you get 22 back. So take 22 away from the 100, leaving 78. Now apply your 27% rakeback to 78, which is about 21. In total, you get 22 + 21 = 43.

43 > 27 yay!

Hey everybody, we're all gonna get laid!

Hi man.
Thanks for the post. That's something I hoped WPN_Rep would explain!
However , Maybe my question was not clear enough!

And to be honest , I'm totally new to the Rake System, So sorry if questions are idiotic!
