View: While in late reg in order for WPN to rake more and avoid overlays the structures include all the small blind jumps, some are not even necessary, but as soon as you have pocked our rake and late reg finishes you have a jump from 500/1000 to 750/1500 and then to 1000/2000. In 24 mins you ruin the tourneys.

Its been this way for probably about 3 years. If you actually think about it, it makes no difference to me if you play a tournament for 10 hours or not.

Im guessing the blinds went up you got short and had to shove and lost then came here to rant.

The low/micro tournies have this structure for a reason.

Its a no win situation, im not changing late reg and then people complain how long tournaments take, now you want extra levels in there to add another hour to the tournament!!

That's how a tournament should be. You should be shoving and pressing when blinds go up deep. The site should work towards a balance and lowering the amount of time spent on a tournament. 5-6 hours would be good from the normal 8+ hours.

No, i didnt lose and came here to rant, iam just trying to help you do to a job you are clearly not prepared to do it.

How much effort would this take to add and what downsides are there to adding in this level that could fix what feels like a huge jump? You're moving stack sizes down 1/3 in terms of BB so close to the end of late registration (and anytime that's a huge jump.)

I don't think anyone wants multiple levels added in, the structures are great overall, with the one exception of that jump from 500/1000 to 750/1500. Just add in a 600/1200 and call it a day. It'll make the MTTs like 15 minutes longer, maybe.

The point of the thread is not to attack you.

If iam the only one that think that those blind jumps ruin tourneys that overall have a good structure just close the thread and ban me from here.

Would be nice to add in a level between 1,000 and 1,500. That is a pretty steep jump.

Tournaments are way too long as it is. This hurts me because I always find myself late regging with usually no more than 6 levels left to avoid playing a $3 mtt that takes over 12 hours. Lol that's ridiculous. I always start short stacked and have to look to double up right off the bat.

People hate when it becomes a shoving war because everyone has around 10BB or less yet they dont want tourneys to take forever. You should offer more time based tourneys. I Love the playpen format but its only offered on Fridays. I have brought it up at the tables and many players love the idea of doing time based tourneys ON DEMAND. $10 playpen on demands in NLH and Omaha 8 or better would be popular.
