#1. You need a coinbase account as circle no longer provides addresses for bitcoin. #2. See EndTheFeds' posts in Bovada/Ignition payout thread for other answers.

So I cashed out 824 and just received 828 in my block... I sent it to coinbase within two minutes of receiving and poof it instantly turns into 804. How do I avoid losing 20 dollars in the future here? Is this just how bad coinbase is that I lost THIS much on the conversion rate? Seems strange no matter whether it's coin to block or block to coin the value is NEVER the same and ALWAYS less than it was... What am I doing wrong?

And then I guess what I'm going to lose another 2 percent cashing it out from coinbase? So I'm going to effectively lose 40 dollars here? seems insane...

Update: Okay so I guess the 20 dollar loss WAS the 2 percent fee as I transferred directly into the US wallet and sold them there and was charged the fee... So I guess ultimately in the future Kraken wire for 5 dollars is the better option... If I did my due diligence it wouldn't have cost me 15 more than it should have... lame... I remember when Circle was free... anything like that still around?

Nope. Nothing as easy or convenient as Circle of the past. And yeah this is standard. You can let it ride for a bit and sell when Bitcoin goes up if you wanna try and breakeven or make a bit on your withdrawals.

The Kraken flat 5 dollar fee makes more sense for me in the long term. But I can't seem to figure out where I would get a bitcoin address to send to from my blockchain. Anybody with experience in Kraken can maybe help an idiot figure out how to go from blockchain to kraken to bank account? I am already verified tier 3 so it's really just about figuring it out so I don't have to eat more fees than I should...

Send the BTC to GDAX instead of Coinbase. 0 or .25% fee for buying/selling depending on how you place the order. Would likely be .25% for you because you seem to want to sell immediately. No fee to withdraw to bank via ACH. You login to GDAX with your coinbase account.

Quick question, so I use bitcoins to deposit my online poker account. Recently, I started using it as my payout option too. I have done 3 bitcoin payouts, 1k, 1500 and 2k. Just had a decent win 6k, I get that whatever the market is at is what you get in your wallet. but than when its in your wallet the price fluctuates every couple minutes as price per bitcoin changes.....is it wise to use bitcoin as a payout method for BIGGER payouts like $4-$8k? Just because say it crashes like it sometimes does say goes down to 1000 your 5000 lets say is worth less, and you have to wait till it goes up in order to get the original amount of your payout......I'd like to know some thoughts on this....Thanks in advance from a bitcoin noobie....

JK, it could easily go the opposite and shoot up from the time you cash out, but if you're worried once the funds are in your wallet convert it to USD as quickly as possible.

I'm pretty sure when they process the cash out, you get the amount of BTC that equals your withdrawal at that moment. So there shouldn't be too much exchange risk if you just sell your BTC as soon as you get it.

I would say in the history of the world bitcoin is the most confusing thing.

People say to sign up for circle to use bitcoin. So I sign up.. I go to withdraw from ACR and i'm told "no use coinbase" .. I set up coinbase. Do the bank verification and when I go to withdraw I contact ACR support and they say "NO, don't use coinbase. They report to the IRS"...

Is there anyone out there that can help me? Otherwise I'm just going to keep doing WU withdrawals and pay $70 each time.

Visa bitpay card. Good Lord made anything better, He kept it for Himself! In process of 2nd cash out with this. Awaiting confirmation from blockchain for card to load. Then can do atm withdrawals for $2 card fee and $2 atm fee, or get cash back from a market or store- Walmart- purchase. Without fee. See EndTheFed's posts in Bovada/Ignition payout thread.

Hi there. I read a post from you in another thread about the Bitpay card and was curious if you don't mind me asking...? So if I got a Bitpay card and set up all the activation and everything, I would go site to blockchain, blockchain to card... Then would the money be ready to ATM withdrawl (after paying the fees you mentioned) or spend in stores like a regular card? Also is there a large conversion fee when the coin goes from the block to the card and becomes USD? Sounds like a very good option. Thank you, if you answer

You can cash out with coinbase but you need to send it to a bitcoin wallet first, Blockchain is popular.

So to Cashout. WPN to Blockchain to Coinbase to Bank.

Once you complete it the first time you will realize how easy it is.

100% on everything, except NO large conversion fee.

requested bitcoin Withdrawal on 3/11. needed verification which sent same day. Turns out they needed additional documents so submitted yesterday. Was told today it can take up to 15 days! Hope it is a lot faster than that!

There is no way that a bitcoin cashout should take that long. Could see the other options but a delay makes no sense. I am dealing along the same time frame as you and really hope this is not the case. Just seems to be a stalling tactic to ask for confirmation through email. I have been a member since 2012 and made many cashouts and deposits through bitcoin, but they sent me the, we need to confirm your account email right at the 48 hours it should have taken to get the bitcoin to begin with.

Recent interaction, asking for clarification and the chat was terminated by support. Don't understand why, but this is starting to get frustrating as none of the answers add up or actually answer the question.

but why? I know that. I am asking why it is. Was not supposed to take more than 48 hours. I verified all accounts and now I would just like to know why.
12:38Francis Q:
Please be kindly informed we are having a delay and payouts are processed the day after they are requested, however all payouts are subject to review, and may take up to 15 business days to process.
12:38
And when it will be processed?
12:38
15 day to process bitcoin? Not supposed to be more than 48 hours.
12:39Francis Q:
Payouts are processed only Monday to Friday, from 7am to 7pm central time. We usually make the process more fast with BitCoin. But As I told you before. We are having a delay and payouts are processed the day after they are requested, however all payouts are subject to review.
12:42
Yes, I know there is a delay but does not explain why? They are not processed the day after requested as it took 2 just to get an email. Just getting frustrated with the process and lack of actual answers.

Bitcoin prices have been increasing since Friday 3/10. I have a vague memory on the Bovada/Ignition payout thread that the site delayed payments for like a week once until bitcoin price stopped increasing (don't quote me on that but...)
