i think i was requested to change my address once when withdrawing but i have also used the same addresses on numerous occasions. i dont know what the reasons are for changing it. you can probably change them or use the same one multiple times with no worries either way

Can someone explain why bitcoin is not an option anymore? I have an account where i have deposited via bitcoin though a while back. Also have used skrill/neteller with it. I saw there was no more bitcoin as a withdraw option in my account. I asked support this... they tell me its because bitcoin maintenance. Then i asked how long it would take for it to show up... they said it depends on your account which makes no sense since i deposited and withdrew via bitcoin with this bookmaker skin a while back with no issues.

I then decided to make a deposit into another skin in the bookmaker group. The only reason i did in this skin was because i saw bitcoin as withdraw option. I deposited using neteller. But before i did this, i took a look at my deposit/withdraw options. They had neteller/bitcoin and also has it as withdraw option as oppose to the other bookmaker skin that didn't have bitcoin withdraw. I asked live chat does that mean i will be able to withdraw via bitcoin later on even if i deposit via neteller now. They said no issue. I also made a bitcoin deposit earlier into this bookmaker skin as well. Later on i logged into my account. Bitcoin withdraw option is no longer there. I ask why this is the case. I said it was there before i deposited and even after i deposited.

They tell me because i deposited via neteller... then that mean my bitcoin option is no longer there. I asked them... before i deposited via neteller... is it 100 percent that i can withdraw later on via bitcoin. I was told yes. Now another live chat rep tells me it was because i deposited via neteller, thats why i dont have bitcoin option. I asked so how do i get the bitcoin withdraw option back. They said it could take time and months. I said... how would i know when and what does this depend on? They don't offer a reason at all.

@Dolphin33, I'll take a stab at this and say apparently sites want to try to have players deposit and withdraw via the same methods. That makes sense as it seemingly helps avoid potential fraud or other issues. I definitely feel you about asking CS before hand and receiving incorrect information, this is all too often the case with many sites, I have experienced it first hand.

My suggestion is to withdraw via Neteller and then deposit again using a small amount of BTC. Regardless of the info given, this may bring back BTC withdrawal.

Yes I do know about that policy that sites have. If you deposit skrill, they want you to withdraw skrill and not neteller etc. The first deposit i made with that bookmaker skin that i deposited via neteller was bitcoin. Then after a bit, i deposited neteller. Thus i used both bitcoin and neteller as deposit option with this bookmaker skin.

The other bookmaker skin i had an account for a while already. I used bitcoin to deposit/withdraw and neteller/skrill as well. I saw no bitcoin option at all for withdraws there.

I'm starting to wonder. Do you think they allow to withdraw via bitcoin only if your last deposit with them was bitcoin? Thus if you deposit with bitcoin... you have btc withdraw option. But once you make neteller deposit... your bitcoin deposit option is no longer there? They tell me bitcoin withdraw just depends on time and activity...

Because the site is run by thugs on an island outside the country.

5Dimes is a reliable sportsbook, very fast and reliable payouts via BTC and many other options, and is on the Winning network also...and you can receive the same rakeback, paid every wednesday though. very very solid for a long time, just no bonuses like ACR sometimes offer.

I use a wallet with coinbase. I know a lot of people don't like the site because they don't let you buy stuff on the darknets, but I don't use it for that anyway.

I have a Shiftcard Visa https://www.shiftpayments.com/ that's hooked up to my account. It instantaneously converts the bitcoin from that wallet to fiat currency. There is a ten dollar fee for the card and they don't charge me when I swipe.

I`m not sure about the cash withdrawal fee, but you can transfer the money into a bank account or credit union for a 1% vig.

In the past, it took just a couple of hours to 2 business days. I still haven't received it, but talked to support who said it should clear soon. Will update in this thread when it hits my wallet.

Does anyone here no longer have bitcoin in their account but eventually got bitcoin back as a withdraw option? And if so, what did you do? One of the bookmaker skins told me you might get bitcoin withdraw as an option back but said it could take months etc. Has anyone here not have bitcoin as a withdraw option and even after playing on the site much, still cannot get bitcoin back? And if so, what skin specifically was that? I would be more interested if this was in a sportsbetting skin as oppose to poker skin though as that is my issue here with the bookmaker skin i play on.

I play on blackchip and used the bitcoin deposits and withdrawls often when they first came out but lost the option to withdrawl about 2 months ago. I asked support about a month ago if i could have the option reinstated but was told it was down for "maintenance". I was going to ask again today but noticed sometime in the past 48 hours my bitcoin withdrawl option is back! So it seems like their slowly restoring the option but no rhyme or reason on who gets it back first

I haven't used the debitcard in a few years to withdrawl, and went to the site, and the url doesn't work anymore. Does this mean I would have to get a new debit card when the time comes? Also I would like to try to deposit a specific way without talking about it in here, anyone exerts on the subject?
