Received after several failed attempts
In any other form of business this model fails 1 outta 5 attempts a success

I got wrecked the past 3 weeks chasing end of the year bonuses putting in insane hours and redepositing using bitcoin. Now i made a little back and the bitcoin withdraw option is gone all of a sudden?

Now i have a bunch of money trapped on my account.....not cool.

Would have been nice if a high volume player like myself would have gotten a heads up to plan for the disappearance of bitcoin accordingly. I made them a ton of money with all the hands I played past 3 weeks.

Discouraged.

WU is a rip off , $85 to only get $500 ...what other ways are people cashing out now ? Does the debit card still require giving up social security number?

I am very disappointed by them. Accepting deposits through bitcoins but not able to send out withdraws makes no sense.

the was acr has handled this is extremely unprofessional, the preferred bitcoin message at the bottom of an email saying that you cannot cashout via bitcoin is a complete embarrassment,, just for the record,,, you lost a customer
01-03-2016 , 09:57 PM
I was told to send an email to security by an acr chat agent with the bitcoin amount and address and they would manually send. I waited and recieved nothing i contacted support a few days later and was informed i wouldnt be recieving a bitcoin cashout and no acr agent would have told me to send an email because bitcoin cashouts are not an option. I forwarded him the chat i saved showing in fact i was told this. i was then told it was an honest mistake by the first chat agent. The way this was handled and the continued advertising of bitcoin withdraw option is alarming. I have stopped playing on this site.

ACR is a complete joke. lost a customer. SWCpoker is awesome so far, cashouts are as quick as 2 hours

Sounds good, I hope so.

Was pretty disappointed when I didn't see the option, understand this kind of stuff is fluid though.

Going to try a check for now.

how long till bitcoin withdrawals come back?
01-09-2016 , 05:35 PM
How long has bitcoin withdraws not been there for? I read its been quite a while. Did they process bitcoin deposits during this time?

The last time i played on wpn was a while back and they had bitcoin for deposit/withdraw.

Another thing i wanted to know. But when you deposit bitcoin, do they give you the actual rate when depositing? For example say bitcoin is $300. I think last time i deposited $2000 and it says to send 6.xxxxxxxxx amount of btc but it was more like $2010 or $2020 or so. So basically there is a fee for depositing using bitcoin? Even when i withdrew bitcoin, it seemed like theres a pretty small fee. I think its like a spot rate fee as its called but its like 1% or so? Because when it says to type x amount of btc, i went to google and the amt of btc they ask you to send to their bitcoin wallet is usually higher than what google has it. I do believe they use the average of the bitcoin prices but wanted to know if there are fees or not when withdrawing or depositing because it seems like a small 0.5 or 1% fee.

Still unable to withdraw using the bitcoin method. I was told via private message i just needed to contact support. i contacted support and was told no one has the option to use bitcoin at this time as it is under maintenance. I dont understand for almost three weeks i can be told diffrent things. i either have the option or i dont. Im told no one can withdraw using bitcoin but others are saying they are on here.
