Disappointed with wining

They did the same thing to me a couple months ago. Cost me like 2k. If I would've known I wouldn't have taken out such a large deposit lol.

why do you think they are "making a move" ? they send the exact value on BTC...

Now, has been 7 days waiting for my BTC WD. Others who cashed out after me have received, yet I can still go into my cashier and cancel the transaction and play right away. What a surprise. Talked to both of the Winning Employees here but still have nothing. Bill Perkins was playing yesterday, you should have some capital to move after he gets on for an hour session.

I wouldn't be too upset, those of you who haven't gotten their bitcoin yet. It dipped quite a bit after the batch they processed yesterday.

I would just chill ACR is not going to stiff anyone. I see a lot of negative posts about support. I would suggest calling and asking to speak with Kobe Jack or Nina if you have any problems

They do have some really good reps you just have to get to know them and then ask for them

Been here since 2012 and have dealt with Winning_TD and WinningRep consistently, no reason to call support. Not worried about being stiffed, and I have every right to be negative when what they SAY does not add up to what they DO. When you have a "policy" of 24-48 hours for BTC cashout and now have been over 3 times the wait time and possibly up to 15 days, that is not reasonable. I am not upset at just the wait time. I run a small business and lose business when I don't deliver when said. Am not an unreasonable person, when told the truth, I would completely understand extenuating circumstances but saying that too many people are trying to cashout, when a BTC trade literally takes seconds to make. Then the we had a "security change" but that doesn't make sense for paying people that requested later. Don't honestly care what excuse it is this time, if they would just tell the truth to begin with there would be nothing wrong. It seems pretty dang unethical to hold onto cashouts during an upswing with btc and then when the slide happens people start to get paid.

I have nothing negative to say about the support (they are doing their job), it's the business and the principals.

Have every right not to "chill out" but you have every right to your opinion as do I.

If you're not going to immediately sell the bitcoin, consider it a blessing. Depending on how much you withdrew, you may have an opportunity to make a few extra bucks if you sit on it once it processes.

Mine was processed yesterday and have lost $300 overnight.

Yeah, I get that but not sitting on BTC right now, just trying to get paid and cashout immediately. Get your point, but also worries me that they send me btc while still dipping and I don't get to sell right away.

I agree 100%, but unfortunately in the unregulated market, it's buyer beware. I've learned that the hard way.

As long as they give you the market price when they process the transaction shipping the coin to you it seems fine.

If anything you have more coin and if it shoots back up to $1250 again you will make a profit by holding on to it or you can sell it off real quick not likely losing too much if your able to do it quickly.

As for the time frame to send it to you I agree 5 days is slow and I do think some sites wait when the price is going all over the place not having a clue what to do.

I was considering depositing(and eventually withdrawing) via bitcoin but after reading the last couple pages of this thread I'm not necessarily sure it's a good idea. Are there better options?

I saw someone here mentioned they withdraw to Blockchain --> Coinbase --> their bank. Why not withdraw straight to Coinbase? Any issues there?

Coinbase is a financial exchange regulated by U.S. laws. It is against the law to send funds to/from gambling sites. Hence, the blockchain wallet buffer. If it is determined your coinbase account is associated with gambling, it is subject to closure. However, you would be allowed to transfer your funds out of the account.

I did my 1st bitcoin w/drawal yesterday. It's still confusing to me.. I sent it to blockchain

My question is.. Where do I look on blockchain to see if the money is in yet? Is it instant, or take a few days to get there?

This is thru ACR

Winning network has recently removed all the easy options to withdraw, neteller, easypayz, skrill etc and the bank transfer options have really dumb fees of $90+ (I mean seriously!). So I'm forced to go down the road of bitcoin of which I'm clueless. I opened an account with spectrocoin and it was as easy as just signing in through google which makes me a bit worried about how secure it is.

So now when I want to withdraw to bitcoin, what do I do? If I go to 'receive bitcoin' there's a long number that looks like this: 1HhBBAKAyhKPyXjkudGHSgFv3BiuJk7ES5 (have changed some numbers) but there's a refresh button next to it which changes it every time so it doesn't seem like my account number. The poker site is asking for my bitcoin account number, so what do I use?

Req: 3/12
Received: N/A
Method: BTC

Just stopping by to say I'm not worried at all and tbh, kind of glad WPN was moving slow as it has saved me some $ with the btc drop If you're honestly worried about being stiffed, don't be. WPN is fine

That is your bitcoin address for site to send you your money. A new address must be used for each transaction. It would behoove you to peruse EndTheFed's posts in the Bovada/Ignition payout thread. It's worth it's weight in gold.
