Anyone know when they pay the beast out? I've talked to 3 customer service agents.

- First: said by 8pm Monday

- Second: said by Wednesday
- Third: says it was paid on the 9th on saterday LOL


This is shady, not to mention all the Russians i'm grinding against lol...Anyone have any idea whats going on? I haven't got it yet I promise.

Anyone have any idea what I should do? It's Wednesday and nothing, and I'm due for more next week...

As of now, I would advise no one to use this site if your grinding rakeback....they don't pay the beast out and the customer service is terrible...go elsewhere...

I've never had an issue in the 2 years I've been playing on the site. Good luck to you elsewhere.

Yeah that's the only issue I've came across...it's a nice site with good benefits, but it's just annoying to grind 30-40hours and not get that beast race cash. I haven't heard from a rep yet.

He earned $100. There's a very good chance he got it and doesn't realize it, since no one else is saying they weren't paid.

Winning TD is still in Vegas I think but you can try PMing him or WPN_REP to look into it when they're back. If you didn't get paid I'm 100% sure they will apologize and fix it. The only thing I'm not sure about is if you did get paid will you apologize for the misunderstanding...

Of course but I kept track of everything I have received and it didn't add up. I was 100 short...I will def apologize if I'm wrong. It's not the principle of 100$, its the principle of the fact that what else will go wrong when bigger money is involved...I just look for integrity I guess. When were you guys paid? I asked Monday when it would be, they said by 8pm. Asked again on Tuesday they said by Wednesday. Then I asked after that and they said I already had been paid on the 9th which was impossible (it def wasn't there on the 9th) which makes no sense, was 100 short, and nothing adds up. I'm more concerned of the fact that nothing adds up that they have been saying, which causes people to question the legitimacy of everything. Why put in the 30-80 hours a week sitting at a desk if they don't pay out? It also was my first beast promo cash since I joined mid week.

Can you list everything you have for transactions under your history. Maybe it is listed as something you don't realize is the beast payout.

I didn't play last week but in the past I've been paid as early as Saturday and as late as Wednesday maybe. It would definitely be unusual to be this long.

Go into your cashier and click financial history on the left. Then put in your date range back to last Friday and search, if you got paid the credit will show there.

Well thanks for the help, it shows that I was paid on the 9th actually, but I'm still short somewhere down the line or HEM is off somewhere...Thanks for the help, I'll just disregard it and move on with life.
