Portuguese players are very concern after i posted this in a local forum:

Dear Diogo,

We hope this emails finds you well, we will be happy to be of an assistance.

Thank you for contacting us, please be advised that we have enabled your account, you will be able to play with the money or return it to the sender, however keep in mind that Portugal and Spain are banned countries and your account will eventually be close.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, we are at your service!

Kind Regards,

Ethan

In the TOCS it says that Spain, Italy and France are banned countries but Portugal is never mentioned.

This is serious stuff WPN.

mmm it is somewhat unclear, I don't know whether it is due to the lack of update, but maybe it could be room dependent.
Look how different the ToS are from 2 WPN sites

I see Iran players all the time now, yet this is in the TOS? They are all fish too, WPN, please quit trying to take our fish!!

I dont see Portugal mentioned in any of them.
10-08-2016 , 07:31 PM
But you see Spain in one but not on the other.
I guess WPN policy would be the same across all the network but I could be wrong. I just think they forget to update their ToS

If I had to guess which one was up to date I would bet on ACR ToS
10-13-2016 , 06:57 AM
Till now no answer from WPN.

Will WPN answer if Portugal is a banned country like ther support says or will continue with this silence?

Perhaps they *shouldn't* be allowing those players but choose to anyway? Would make sense why they completely ignore your thread. Clearly there is at least one skin that allows them, because their is a ton of players from there now.

ACR seems to be a haven for Portugal players. I believe them all to be fishy accounts. NO not poker fishy, scam fishy.

Idk man, I joined ACR in March so excited I found a poker site and well, I'm salty I joined it.

Just so many portugal players..and now I find them with American looking names

Best way to bring a mod's attention to a post is to use the Report Post feature - the red triangle to the left of every post.
