I've been trying to withdraw some of my funds from my ACR account for over 1 month and a half now, and every single time, I my withdrawal gets cancelled because they require a copy of my utility bill and ID. However, I've already submitted these documents when I first deposited.

I decided to talk to the representatives about the issue, and they told me that my account was in good standing, that they added a note that I was able to withdraw, and everything should be fine, etc... Except It hasn't... I've called FOUR times and every single time they've put me on hold for 10+ minutes while they talk to their supervisor. Then they tell me that they added a note in my account and everything should be fine.


It's honestly super frustrating to see the incompetence on ACR's end to simply allow me to withdraw my money. They've delayed the process for over a month and a half, and they've made no effort to remedy the situation, or provide any assurances. The representatives seemed very flippant when I told them that the other representatives told me the exact same thing and I STILL wasn't able to get my withdrawal.

I just wanted to share this terrible experience I've had with the ACR Customer Service as I am about to undertake my 5th attempt to withdraw my funds. Super disappointed with their service, and I will be hesitant to ever do business with them in the future.

Sucks dude. Getting your first withdraw can be a pain in the butt getting all of the proper forms set up surely, but after that it's all smooth sailing on your future withdraws especially if you're using bitcoin. Hope you get it fixed soon. ACR is usually pretty good with that stuff.
