Not hating, just making an observation. When people are either happy or angry there is a common denominator and that is they care. If you don't hear anything it means they simply don't care anymore. So since you even stated that you were surprised there wasn't a thread started already I came to the conclusion that people are just starting to give up on the network that is all.

I think your conclusion is wrong... The numbers can tell you that.

no I don't know what you are sorry for and I don't really care. I was just responding to your comment about you being surprised there wasn't a thread started about what had happened so I assumed wpn screwed up again. What you are sorry for has nothing to do with the fact I feel the reason a thread wasn't started is because of an apathetic feeling towards the network. I hope you can understand what I am saying.

I dont act professional, i just say it as i see it and your comment is quite funny when 90% of threads started or comments made is just complaints and moaning

When there is a forum such as this of course the majority of posts are going to be complaints, some justified and some not and you should be fully aware of that fact. But that still doesn't change the fact that you represent your company while you are posting and should act professional 100% of the time. I read the Party thread also and the rep there gets just as many complaints as here yet I have never read an unprofessional post from her. The majority of people reading this forum are paying customers and are the reason you have a job with WPN and they deserve more respect than to have routinely smart ass comments made by you.

I think you will find in a good way we are very different to all the sites.

I get what your saying they are about less than 5% of our player base and i help or have helped probably close to 50% of the people in this thread. When people are reasonable and come to me or have a valid point i am more than professional. I actually go above and beyond for you guys.

The others that just come here to criticise and troll.. I have been given full permission to respond as i please.

You would be surprised the amount of PMs i get of people liking what i do in the forum. I can be very professional.
