This discussion is interesting to me. I've been more than vocal in the past about how ridiculous I found playing the micros on this network to be so I'm not going to rehash it and throw my 2 pennies into this hat. I was just curious as to what other people were experiencing today. Yeah though, the rake is such a killer that you have to beat the other players by such a BB/100 margin that it's absolute hell trying to make a profit. That's what I discovered. Along with mass collusion, bots, etc.
With the tournaments, however: You guys think the MTT's are even more profitable to play than the SNG's? The MTT's you're talking about take hours, no? And MTT's are supposed to have the most variance of any style of game. Admittedly, I haven't looked at the tournament structure here in a while but as far as I knew, it was totally useless to a micros player. What's changed?
